My driver had cancelled my trip for no reason. I was waiting on the corner for him and called him and tried to explain where I was, and he was not able to understand me because he was not fluent in English.**I stood and waited for my ride for ** minutes and suddenly saw in the email that he cancelled my trip and charged me $*.**.**Please hire drivers that have a certain level of English language proficiency to communicate with the customers.**I WANT A REFUND FOR THIS $*.**, I was charged for no reason and without notification.
