The uber is acting up for months now. I've been waiting on my ride several times when either the driver canceled or they completed the trip and charges me higher than the original fair when I didnt even took the ride. Cause it never came. I'm always early waiting for the ride and this always happened making me late for work several times. I tried contacting the drivers several times and it never go through. Please fix this issue.
