I was hoping to set up a ride for tomorrow. I've never used Uber before, so I downloaded the app and input where I needed to go. I was trying to figure out how to put in my request for the time of my ride, when a driver called saying he was having trouble locating me. I explained that I was actually trying to request a ride for a later date, and didn't even understand how this happened. He said, "Okay, I can cancel this." He never told me I would be charged, and I still don't know how to request a ride for a later date. I am very frustrated with my *st experience with Uber! Basically just threw $* to the wind.

I was going to close my acct, but noticed the Uber drivrr had actually tried picking me up from the wrong place. So I just requested a refund and they gave it.
