On June * **** I purchased and loaded * UBER cards $**.** each on to my account. My balance shows as $**.** , however when I try to get a ride I keep getting the message “Your profile’s payment method is invalid. Please select a different one. This is my *rd time trying to contac someone regarding this matter, this is very frustrating , I am disabled and on a fixed income. It’s very upsetting to be ignored by the company . Please help me regarding this matter
