Awhile back, upon getting a new phone, I re-downloaded the Uber app and tried to log in. I have tried every possible email I have, I have tried forgot password, I’ve even tried creating a new account with my phone number and nothing will let me in. This has been an issue for a few months know and I am finally getting around to investigating it since I will be out of town this weekend and will need access to Uber. I was wondering if there was a way I could have my account reset or somehow get access to my account? My phone number associated is ***-***-****, and my emails are *****@***.com or G*****@***.com, but I am almost positive it is the former. Someone mentioned that I may have been banned from Uber and that was why I have not been able to get into my account any way I tried, but I had a *.** Uber rating before so I feel that that could not be the case. Please help!
