This is my FOURTH email to Uber regarding the fact that my account is being used fraudulently in the UK while I am home in the US. I received a notification that the manner has been “resolved” but there has been no communication. I want my money to be refunded for all of the transactions, BY UBER, and I also want an explanation as to why this occurred and how it will be prevented from happening again. I want to be contacted BY PHONE at ***-***-****.
