On June * th, I made a reservation for the following day. Somehow, a driver was sent on June * th. I immediately canceled it but was charged a cancellation fee. The only confirmation in my email was for June * th. Not only did I not order a car for the * th , I didn’t choose a type of car either. I would like a refund of the * dollar charge.
