Dear Sir or Madam,*On May **th at *:** I called Uber to go to my grandson's birthday party in Queen Anne. His other grandmother was with me. We were told that our ride would arrive in * minutes.*We were ready and waiting at *he pickup point. At *:** I called the driver but could not make voice contact. We were supposed to arrive at my daughter's house at *:**. I tried reaching*the driver again and still no response. at *:** I canceled the request and ordered another Uber which did arrive. Even so we were late to the party. *You have no available phone number and I went to your website and there was no way to resolve this issuee.I contacted Discover and they have given me a $* credit and I want to make sure thata full $*.** refund for this unauthorized cancelation fee. *Also, it would be very beneficial if you could make it easier to contact Uber customer service, Discover gave me the website Get Human and that is how I finally was able to send you this message. Please make it possible to dispute a charge on your website,*Thank you very much,*Laura Dixon-Dybvad
