I was charged a *$ cancellation fee by driver which is incorrect and dissatisfying. I was not informed that the driver had arrived and when I cheeked my app it stated the driver would be leaving soon. As I walked out my door to get to the vehicle it drove away which caused me inconvenience and made me late to work. I often use ubet to get to and from work as well as other destinations. In this scenario I am now very upset and don't think I will be riding with uber anymore. I'm completely dissatisfied and upset that I paid *$ for the driver to drive away when I walked out my door. I firmly believe that I should be refunded my money as your company employee wrongfully charged me when they didn't wait and drove away from me as I was walking out to take my ride
