I was charged for a ride I didn't take. I waited and waited, the time kept changing, after a long time, it showed the ride was close. I got a call from the driver and she said I see you. I tried to say I don't see you but she hung up and I got a note saying my ride was cancelled and I was charged $*.**. I tried to sign into my account but I don't remember my p***word and there is no way to say that, no pop up saying "check if you forgot your p***word" or anything else. I called the customer service listed online and the number and the phone just rings and rings.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
