I have several full charges to my bank account for rides that the driver wouldn't pick up because my daughter is sixteen. I can see charging a $* fee but several times I have double charges for the same trip. She took Uber home from school several days a week. If this is your policy to double charge me we will find another company like lift and be forced to spread your decision. You can check my account to see all the charges over the past few months.
