I have * charges on my bank account from Uber. There should only be * and they should be the exact same amount as I got a ride to the **'s club and home from the **'s club. The reason it shows that I cancelled an Uber is because I was sitting in the Uber I requested and my phone showed that my Uber was on the way so I thought I ordered * by mistake so I cancelled it and Francine our Uber driver said you just cancelled it, you need to reorder Uber so I can charge you. So I did. Here is what my bank account says I was charged.*$**.**, $ **.** and $ **.**- I need to be refunded the amount I was charged for any cancellations and I cancelled in error and should only have been charged * charges.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
