I ordered online @ Uber.com two $**.** gift cards on *******. I received a message from Uber stating the transcation was not able to process yet The money was taken from my bank account. I tried contacting Uber and was told over a week ago the funds would be put back in my account, yet this has not happened. I tried calling Uber but the customer service line its just an automated service & it hangs up.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
