This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I got charged for canceling my ride but I didn't cancel I just needed another stop added. They charged me $** for canceling and sent another uber and charged another $**. I would like my canceling fees returned, and only charged $**. Thank you.
