Help with my Uber issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Uber help.

Trying to arrange a pickup * days in advance. ... I requested a pickup for June * and received a pickup for today, May **. When I realized that a driver was responding immediately I tried to cancel but was not able to find a cancel mode. *A method for cancellation on my phone window seems not to exist. Without an easy, transparent way to cancel Uber seems to be trapping the rider into a cancellation.
Uber doesn't realize that a rider may not be familiar with its system. Example, this is the *rd time I've used Uber and am struggling to understand the system
I would like Uber to have an easy access to a cancellation. I would also like Uber to have a tutorial when the app is pulled up to explain it to a first time user. This would be pulled up on request. Example: Uber window comes up with "First Time User-Tap Here" Then some basic info should be available, ie service available only for immediate use.
I had two excellant experiences w*Uber in CA. Riders came immediately, were courteous and pleasant. My *rd experience was not as satisfactorys the driver had some difficulty finding me.
Yes, Tried Uber's stock answers to problem. They didn't fit. Uber doesn't provide a alternative do inappropriate options.
