I tried twice to book a express pool. started this fiasco at *:**. after ** minutes (into a supposed * min wait) my driver stopped across the street then drove off. I tried * times to call him. I requested another driver who drove past me after I waited * minutes. again tried to contact the driver. no answer. the app then assigned me a third driver with a * minute wait. at this point it was a quarter after * and I gave up on pool. *Uber was here in * minutes. if you're going to offer the service, make sure drivers are going to accept pool fare. and don't call it express as it is anything but.
GetHuman-imkindof did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
