This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I have contacted you but not directly through dispute process which is two charges by someone who stole my credit card number: *-** DHW** for $**.** and *-** VEBPK for $*.**. This is a criminal matter as I'm ***% positive who this person is who does work for me and unauthorized to use my credit card (which I have so they must have written down the number) Please respond ASAP as I probably need to cancel this card as she has tried to do this on another card I had to cancel.

Check your bank statements as someone can use your credit card to order Uber and it is a huge hassle to resolve the issue and frustrating as you can never reach a human so I found nothing human about their process of resolving issues, especially criminal one.
