This past Monday the **st was my first trip with UBER. Being a senior citizen it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I clicked on the last star hoping I was giving my driver, Richard, a high rating. He made my experience so pleasant. He was so polite,comfortable to talk to which encourages me to use UBER again. Thanks for such a good driver. (I call myself a young ** year old woman so all this phone stuff is really foreign to me.a
