This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-swarnap's own words
My Account got COMPROMISED, An order was Placed from account for £***.**, This is really a very BAD EXPERIENCE, I am REALLY GOING TO WRITE VERY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE I HAD. I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO DELETE MY PAYMENT OPTION FROM THE ACCOUNT. **I WANT THE REFUND IMMEDIATELY TO MY ACCOUNT AND THE COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL FRUSTRATION CAUSED.
GetHuman-swarnap did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
