This is really unethical. In my previous email regarding this ride I have explained that I made payment through my SBI credit card and during ride I selected PAYTM as payment mode but that does not matter finally I made payment which was debited from my credit card. Also in last email the UBER representative suggested me to attach the payment screenshot but I can show the statement copy as I do not keep all the payment screenshot whereas it is you which needs to check if you ever accepted the payment of this amount. Secondly, I dont see any option of attachment in uber app. You people even dont have customer care support. This is really frustating.
