My credit card was stolen and there were many Uber charges on my stolen card. I contacted the company through the help service. After going back and forth with various customer service agents I was granted a full refunded going back *** days. When I checked my account MOST of the transactions were credited except for *. When I went to contact Uber I was told that the email was closed and I would have to start from the beginning again. I did this and explain how some were missing. I included the original email stread as well as a screen grab of the missing refunds and nobody has contacted me back.
GetHuman705282 did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
