I NEEED customer service help. My phone is lost in my last uber ride. I CANNOT use my phone to log in or tell my driver that he has my item. **The item IS my phone. I need to reset my password to get online with my uber account - but instead of sending me a reset email you only keep sending me SMS codes! **There is no way for that to work since I need to get my phone back. I am literally on my laptop trying to get my lost phone back from Adam my driver, and you are sending me SMS codes to the phone. I have been trying again and again, but you only give me the option of an SMS code to the phone even though you already have my email for my account. **I NEED AN ACCOUNT RESET PASSWORD LINK VIA EMAIL. That's the only way I can fix this.**That makes no sense. You cannot tell me to go onto my app to tell the driver that he has my phone, because HE has my phone, not me.**You need to send me an email link for a password reset. Then and only then I can log into my account on the internet. **my email is *****@***.com
GetHuman-tylerfin did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
