This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-deeegge's own words
I have disputed a cancellation fee but have not received a response. On ****, I was standing outside in back of water tower when I requested a ride at *:** pm. I got a text at **** saying that Daniel would arrive in * minutes. At ****, a text said that he would * soon. Well, Daniel called at *:**. He was on the wrong street, and I told him exactly where I was. I waited, getting colder by the minute. He called again at *:** and asked if I wanted to cancel. I told him no, that I would wait for him. At *:**, I received a text saying “Unfortunately, your driver had to cancel the trip. Please request a new ride and we’ll get you moving shortly.” I was freezing by this time, so I took a taxi home, only to find out by email that night that I was being charged a cancellation fee! To say that I was angry is putting it too lightly.
GetHuman-deeegge did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
