I have * flat out fraudulent charges on my account. One of them includes my “driver” never showing up, ignoring my calls, and then charging me for a trip out to Kissimmee. I would like to speak to a person, not a generated email telling m that I’ll eventually get a refund. I stood there at * am waiting for an Uber driver that not only never showed up, but then stole my money. This is not alright.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
