Driver took a very long time to arrive. *Then he did not wait * minutes. *I had been checking my phone every * to * minutes. *I have proof with screenshots of when he arrived. *When I found him BEHIND my home, he yelled out of his window that he cancelled my ride. *I continued walking to his vehicle and got in the car anyway, as I had doctors appointment and was running late because of the length of time it took him to get there. He said I would have to RE-request my ride. He then told me I would have to CANCEL my ride first. This was very upsetting and not easy as I had to do it a few times in order to get him as selected driver. This made me later for my appointment. Why did HE NOT WAIT and cancel my trip? Why was he on the wrong street? He was originally on the right street, but moved. Why was he so rude? He was curt and not nice about it, but made it seem like it was my fault. I was then charged $* for cancelling my trip! He took way to long to arrive. He should have left my trip for someone closer. He then cancelled my ride after under * minutes when I had been waiting for him a long time.
