This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-vmcasey's own words
At *:** an uber driver came to my house and texted me they were here. I did not order an uber. In fact, I was in the tub. By the time I got on my laptop, they were gone and I was charged $*.** cancellation. I objected and it was credited for a future ride which I do not want. The pick up address on the Uber receipt was **-** Bayview St. - I LIVE AT * FORE RIVER AVE. Please send a check for $*.** to my home or credit my credit card.
GetHuman-vmcasey did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
