This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

today, i was at *** n main st. in BelAir, md. cal*led uber to take me to *** sunflower drive where i live in a senior housing complex *. Driver named Autumn went to my destination instead of my pick up address. cancelled and called uber and Joseph picked me up and took me home. I was charged $*.** that I want to be refunded back into my checking account. Thank you, Kenneth Morris
