I was charged $*.** today for an Uber ride I never received. **. I scheduled and paid for the Uber**. When I did not see the driver I called him, to find out what was going on.**. He answered and said he only speaks Spanish and hung the phone up**. I called back twice but got no answer**. I saw on my phone that the ride had been cancelled.*RESOLUTION: I would like a refund from Uber, to prevent having to contact my card company about this issue.
