The issue in GetHuman-mauriber's own words
schedule a pickup to a wedding on **** Saturday night ... I confirmed an Uber at a price range of $**-$** for the scheduled pickup, however I was billed at $**.**. This was not the price I accepted.
it was more expensive than planned. Scheduling in it advance is suppose to gauarantee that rate and time for pickup. If not, why schedule it in advance at all.
a refund for the difference or a complete refund of the trip - due to the inconvenience.
