Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-amwalker will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
I have been left responsible for a fare that was adjusted due to fradulent use of the app by the rider. Uber support keeps blocking my messages and telling me to go to greenlight hub. I don't live near a hub. This was a $**** fare that became a big loss for me. I clearly got screwed by Uber because they got screwed. Threats to deactivate my account have been made and I've been told to pick up legitimate riders. Contact was made by phone as the rider approached my car. How am I supposed to know that he was not the authorized user?
A good resolution would be for the ride to be adjusted back. I am not responsible for payment processing and have no control over unauthorized users. I completed the requested trip with all rider requested stops
