Claim ********-****I am still waiting for a representative (supervisor) to return my phone call about my claim. I still haven’t received a supplemental check. All I want is an explanation on how I am expected to pick my truck up without paying for the repairs. USSA has been very fair to me up to the point of returning the rental car. It was returned on November * and thanks to Bob Moore, the shop owner where I took my truck, he released my truck without payment to him. Not too many auto body owners would do that. The only explanation I have been given about only covering the rental until October **st is that the car had been finished being repaired and that is your policy. This is no longer about you not covering the three days for the rental, I’ll handle that. If Bob Moore Auto Body had not been so cooperative and understanding about this matter it would have cost USSA much more than the three days. * I really don’t expect a call back from you. I left a voicemail two days ago and no one has contacted me. I have talked to a few representatives, and other than one of them) they have all been helpful in trying to resolve this.*If I don’t receive a explanation and my supplemental check which I was told was sent last Wednesday, for the auto body shop, I will take further action.
