USAA has accepted the liability and is getting my car fixed. However, they have hired a third party, IANet to evaluate all the invoices from the body shop. IANet takes unreasonably long time to approve every invoice and*or supplements from the body shop but they don't have authority to negotiate or give final approval. *It has been * MONTHS and I am still waiting to get my car completely fixed! I have sent several email to the claims adjuster and have not received any response. I would like to talk to a "higher" level manager and express my frustration about this whole situation. I have been waiting very patiently so far.
