I have left * messages and sent an email with no response. Phx sky harbor yesterday *:** am terminal * gate *A. PRECHECK asked if the screener. Pull remove a laptop and we said yes. We were not able to observe him doing so and then the carry on was sent thru, we picked it up and never guessed the laptop was not there and found it gone when we returned home. No response for this critical laptop is inefficient at best and certainly not customer friendly. We need the laptop which we did not remove or leave
