I've been experiencing a lot of delivery issues lately. I keep receiving packages meant for other people, and my packages are ending up with others. This has happened five times now, and it's quite frustrating. Today, I was supposed to receive a package, but I got a message saying the mailbox was full or the package was too big. Strangely, no delivery was attempted even though I've been home all day. Typically, if the item doesn't fit in the mailbox, it's left in my driveway or by my door. I'm confused as to why USPS is handling Amazon packages this way. This situation is causing a lot of inconvenience for me as a busy individual with limited time. I really need to find a solution for this. Thank you.

I submitted a claim, and the broken item was returned to me. I brought the damaged item to my local post office where David filled out a Receipt for Articles Damaged in Mails PS Form [redacted]. Having worked for USPS for 26 years and dealt with claims, this experience has been frustrating. USPS claims the origin address is invalid, but I live in Littleton, CO, and the item never left Denver, CO. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]21. I tried calling the [redacted] number, but I just encountered more confusion. My claim ID is [redacted]. I have followed all instructions but am now at a loss. Even my Littleton Post Office, with the assistance of Manager Jason, hasn't made progress. I seek a refund for the damaged item and wasted postage. I provided pictures with my claim and had the item verified at my local post office. It's unclear why this hasn't been sufficient. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

For the past year, we've been getting mail intended for Jesus Ortiz at our address, despite no one by that name living here in the last 40 years. We've tried marking the envelopes as "return to sender, wrong address" to no avail. After speaking to our mail carrier and having them fill out a form, the issue briefly stopped, but now it's happening again. The mail includes "Important Tax Documents" from various locations like Owensboro, KY; Kansas City, MO; and Louisville, KY. I'm worried this might be a scam, and I want to avoid any issues with bill collectors or the IRS. Any advice on how to resolve this ongoing problem would be greatly appreciated.

My street address is [redacted] Grizzly Way, Evergreen, CO [redacted]. The address is not in sequence, situated between [redacted] and [redacted] Grizzly Way, causing confusion for package deliveries. While mail from the Conifer [redacted] Post Office reaches me reliably, packages from the Evergreen [redacted] facility often get misdelivered or marked 'undeliverable'. Today, I visited the Evergreen Post Office and discussed the issue with a helpful employee. I provided a paper map for the carrier to reference, but I worry it may not be a lasting solution. I propose changing my address to [redacted] Grizzly Way, as it's a more logical fit between [redacted] and [redacted], sharing the same driveway entrance with [redacted]. Could I possibly use a dual or 'alias' address like [redacted] ([redacted]) or [redacted] aka [redacted] for better navigation accuracy? Google Maps reflects the confusion faced by carriers trying to locate me. Thank you.

I used USPS Priority Shipping, tracking number 9[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted] 92, to send a packet to Tony Wilsey in Hawaii. After realizing it might be a scam on Jan 19 at 6:30 pm, I tried to intercept it at 8 pm online but was unable to because it said the address was invalid. On Jan 20th, I spoke to USPS Customer Service and filed a complaint, receiving confirmation number [redacted]7. They mentioned the packet was en route and can be collected from the local USPS at [redacted] Chestnut St., Philadelphia. However, when I visited at 10:30 AM, they had no information. They directed me to the main post office at [redacted] Chestnut Street, where they also had no details but mentioned if the address was invalid, it would return in a few days. The tracking now shows the packet in transit. Despite the fast-paced events, the packet containing a $[redacted] item, with $30 shipping fee, could not be stopped. I'm puzzled why I received a confirmation number and seek clarification on the ongoing situation.

I recently received a package that arrived empty. I had ordered a cell phone from Mercari, a peer-to-peer selling platform, described as "Like New" for $65 instead of the usual $[redacted] price. The package was shipped from California, but when it got to my house, it was open and missing the Samsung Galaxy A20 for T-Mobile that I needed to replace my broken phone. I immediately spoke to the mail carrier and her supervisor, who couldn't locate the missing item. Mercari suggested I contact the delivery agent - you. I am hoping to either recover the cost of the phone or receive a replacement in its original condition. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

I sent a prepaid package in a small brown bubble envelope, dropped it in the outside post office bin at South Burlington Vermont Post Office on January 29th. The recipient lives in Winooski Vermont, very close by, yet the package hasn't arrived as of 2/8/[redacted]. Unfortunately, there are no tracking numbers available as the original prepaid envelope was sent without one on either 8/2/[redacted] or 8/20/[redacted]. The sender made handmade bracelets which are sentimental, and I'm anxious about their whereabouts. Is there any way to locate the package without a tracking number? I'd appreciate any assistance in finding this special package that means a lot to me. Thank you for your help. - Jane Weiss from Winooski VT

I have already explained my situation, and despite being on hold for over an hour, the call-back timer remained at 6 minutes without any response. My issue revolves around a package sent on the 29th from South Burlington VT post office in a prepaid brown bubble wrapped envelope. The package was meant for Winooski VT, but as of February 8th, it has not arrived. I am unable to file a missing mail request due to the lack of tracking numbers. The items in the package were handmade specifically for me, adding to my frustration. Although I have submitted this concern before, I am still in need of assistance.

On January 27, a package was shipped from Belmar, NJ post office with tracking number [redacted][redacted]86 to Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The package was expected to arrive by February 3, [redacted], but it is currently stuck at the Newark Distribution Center in NJ since February 5. This delay is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of $17.90 for the shipping cost and reimbursement for the items inside. I am disappointed by the lack of information from USPS and demand immediate action to locate and return the package to my address in NJ. I plan to use UPS in the future due to this situation. USPS should take responsibility and not blame external factors like weather or COVID for the delay. This experience has shown me the flaws in the postal service and why some advocate for privatization.

Hello, I am writing to report that the package I ordered on October 23rd, and was shipped on December 4th, is missing. The tracking information shows that it has been stuck in a German Postal Office since January 4th. I have attempted to submit an inquiry about this issue three times, but technical difficulties prevented me from completing the process each time. I kindly request your immediate assistance as we urgently require the contents of the package for our project. Thank you, Martin

I made a purchase from She's Waisted online, but mistakenly used my old address for shipping instead of my new address for billing. I reached out to the company twice via email before they sent me the shipping confirmation, but received no response. When I texted them, they stated they couldn't alter the address. I am just hoping the package can be redirected to a nearby facility for me to pick up.

I posted a Priority package to Winter Garden, FL that was supposed to arrive today. However, this morning I saw a notification saying that the package was being returned due to an incomplete delivery address. I have a copy of the label, and the address includes the Suite number. I attempted to contact the Winter Garden Post Office and the Supervisor multiple times without success. It seems no one is available to assist. I urgently need to prevent the package from being sent back as it is crucial for a customer. I also tried the main USPS number, but I couldn't speak to a person, just automated information. I really need to speak with someone promptly to resolve this issue. Time is critical. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]06.

I shipped a package to a friend in Frankfurt, Germany last December. Despite delivery attempts on December 8 and 9, my friend was not available according to the delivery report. After speaking with Susan from USPS international package tracking a week ago, she informed me that the package is still held at a postal facility in Frankfurt. Susan verified my address and assured me the package would be returned to me. However, I have not received it yet. I am eager for the package to be sent back to me.

Since January 4, we have been paying for "premium forwarding". Our mail is not consistently forwarded; it's often left in the mailbox at the original address. We have been missing important documents like income tax statements, insurance, utility, and credit card bills. We've reported two cases, one was closed without contact or resolution. The current open case is service request [redacted]9. Even though I received some mail recently, 7 crucial pieces are still in the mailbox. I need a reliable postal worker to collect the mail at [redacted] NW 18 CT, Gainesville, FL, [redacted] regularly and ensure it is forwarded correctly.

I am seeking assistance in locating a missing package, tracking number 9[redacted] 5[redacted] [redacted] 62, which was sent on January 12, [redacted]. Despite opening tickets, they have been closed without any resolution. The Santa Fe NM post office is unresponsive when I try to call, while consumer affairs in Arizona have not returned my phone calls. Although I have received emails mentioning the package's impending delivery, the USPS website lacks any updated information. I paid for the package's delivery and am dissatisfied with the lack of progress. My request to USPS is simple: locate my package and either deliver it to me or return it with a refund.

My package was on its way from CT to IL but somehow ended up in MA after reaching Champaign IL. I'm baffled by the route it has taken - CT to MA to IL and back to MA. It's frustrating not to find anyone accountable for this mishap. I'm considering a government job where it seems one can evade responsibility without consequences. The postal service's lack of efficiency is disappointing considering the amount we all pay for shipping. My package, a Valentine's Day gift for my wife of 34+ years, seems insignificant in the grand scheme of things. If the post office cannot handle our mail professionally, then maybe it's time for a change. The current situation lacks accountability and responsibility, which is a far cry from what our forefathers stood for.

I need help with my mail being sent to the wrong address. My current address is [redacted] West Freeman, Apt. [redacted], Carbondale, Illinois [redacted]. I need to update the addresses for Donna McLellan. The old addresses are [redacted] Torrance Road, Carbondale, Illinois [redacted], and [redacted] South Walnut Street, Apt. 2, Centralia, Illinois. I have submitted change of address requests for both of these locations, and even provided a PO Box at [redacted] Centralia, Illinois [redacted], but this PO Box is no longer valid. I am concerned about important mail, such as inheritance checks, ending up in the wrong place. Please address these issues promptly to avoid any delivery problems.

My package seems to have gone missing, and I am struggling to get assistance. My UPS shipment was taken by my local USPS service. Typically, UPS retrieves packages from USPS locations, but it has been two weeks with no updates since my package was taken. I am unable to get help or speak to a live person online or through USPS phone service without a tracking number, which they don't scan for UPS packages. This lack of tracking seems unreasonable, leaving me with no way to seek assistance regarding my missing package. I contacted UPS, but they are unable to assist due to the package not being scanned into their system. Despite having the tracking number showing only the label creation, there are no further updates. After navigating an alternate phone menu with USPS for a different issue, I finally spoke to a representative who filed a report locally to gather more details. Although it took some effort to reach this point with USPS, at least I will receive an email update on the progress. Despite my support for USPS, especially during the [redacted] Dejoy crisis, some representatives can be unhelpful, making it challenging to address issues promptly.

I need assistance with a package that was not delivered correctly. The tracking number is EN[redacted]30JP. According to the tracking status, it was delivered to an individual signed by "T RENATI" on February 17, [redacted], at 10:24 am in BELVEDERE TIBURON, CA [redacted]. However, the actual recipient's name is "Michael Edelstein," who was at home during the delivery but did not receive the package. The delivery person "Nikki" left a message on Michael's phone stating they tried to leave the package at the glass sliding doors, but Michael claims this is the wrong door. I am the sender, and Michael is my customer who purchased the item from Japan. It's important to resolve this issue promptly as it appears to be a mistake on USPS's part since the package was signed for by the wrong person.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted][redacted] The system indicates the package was placed in my mailbox on 2/14/22, but it was not there. Various Amazon packages seem to be missing as well, with no tracking numbers for them. This is becoming a recurring issue. The most recent undelivered package from Amazon was placed in my mailbox on 2/13/22 and was not received. Despite the snow clearing from my driveway, I continue to receive messages about undeliverable mail. Concerningly, my husband's crucial heart medication is in the first package mentioned, and he will run out in just three days. Any assistance on how to address this situation would be greatly appreciated.
