For the past three years, we've been experiencing ongoing mail delivery issues, including receiving the wrong mail and having our mail returned to senders despite having the correct address on the envelopes. I personally met with Rhonda Lacey at the Denham Springs Post Office on [redacted] Del Orleans Ave. a few weeks ago. She mentioned that she would visit our Retail Shopping Center where there are designated mailboxes for our business. However, when I spoke with Rhonda today, she stated she would not be coming out to address the situation and directed me to call to report the problem. She mentioned speaking to our carrier and explained that the bar scanner is causing the mail to be returned. This issue is particularly problematic as rent checks for four different tenants have been returned for several months, requiring me to retrieve the checks or have tenants come to the office due to mail delivery failures. Despite posting instructions for carriers in our mailbox, the situation has not improved over the span of three years. Addressing the delivery carrier service and the malfunctioning scanner is crucial for our business, especially regarding rent payments and mail from Livingston Square Shopping Center and other properties we manage. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. It is worth noting that the staff at the Post Office windows have been friendly and professional, but unfortunately, our experience with Supervisor Mr. Lacey was less than satisfactory.

I made a purchase on eBay, but I realized later that my old address was still on the account. I contacted the seller immediately to explain the situation. They advised me to update my address in my eBay settings, assuring me that it should reflect on the order. Despite my attempt to cancel and reorder with the correct address, the seller declined my request, claiming they had already updated it. The item was shipped and marked as delivered on Saturday morning at 10:35am. When we didn't receive it, I reached out to the seller, but their response was unhelpful, stating it was delivered to the address provided. Despite my efforts, the package was not at the stated address, leaving me feeling disappointed.

I am Dorothy Yasko residing at [redacted] West 18th Street, Lorain Ohio [redacted], and I am lodging a complaint about the mail delivery service for my address. Despite having my name clearly labeled on the mailbox, submitting several address notifications, and personally speaking to the mail delivery person requesting that only mail addressed to me be placed in my mailbox, I continue to receive mail for a person named Michael Evans and others. This ongoing issue has left me frustrated as I have followed all the necessary steps to rectify the situation, but the problem persists.

I am the sole resident at [redacted] Pennock Avenue following my mother's passing from covid in March. Unfortunately, my sister has been forwarding my mail to her address in Winnipeg without my authorization. This is the second time she has done this, and it's causing me to miss important bills and bank statements for food stamps. Additionally, she also intercepted a package I was expecting from Wish, which I discovered was forwarded when checking your website. I rely on these deliveries and statements, especially as a disabled individual on disability benefits. I reported this issue previously, but it persists, and I am frustrated and exhausted by the situation.

Hello USPS, I am reaching out regarding a package sent from the US to Vietnam by my girlfriend on September 2. The expected arrival dates given were between September 8 and September 12. On October 17, [redacted], I placed an order for 4 boxes of Maxwell House coffee filter packs. I was provided with USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted] on October 26, with an expected delivery date of October 29. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered in my mailbox on October 30. However, my mailbox is too small to contain 4 boxes of coffee, and my porch, where larger packages are usually left, was also empty. I have not been able to locate the package and suspect there may have been an error with the tracking information. Despite reaching out to the seller, Zaneobie LLC, twice, I have not received a response. The package supposedly originated in Lafayette, Louisiana, which is approximately 3 hours away from my location. I am in need of assistance to track down the company in Lafayette that shipped my order to resolve this issue promptly. I am desperately in need of my coffee.

I have an undelivered package containing precious jewelry, though the system claims it has been delivered. This valuable jewelry is something I have been eagerly anticipating. When calling the USPS contact number and requesting to speak with an agent, the call consistently drops. Even when I opt for a call back, the call still fails. Requesting a text from an agent also results in a failed call. This situation is frustrating, as I suspect my mail carrier in my neighborhood may be responsible, given their track record of misplacing mail in incorrect boxes. I have attempted to contact USPS six times and have been abruptly disconnected each time.

I visited my local post office on Tuesday, November 9th, to send out an overnight envelope from Staten Island, New York, to Port Orange, Florida. The tracking number for the package is EIO [redacted]9 US. Unfortunately, the latest update shows that the package is still in Staten Island, and my family member has yet to receive it. I need help locating the package and ensuring it is shipped to the recipient. Additionally, I would like a refund for the $27.10 overnight shipping cost. I am in need of assistance in obtaining a refund from the post office for a failed money order. Despite showing proof of payment from my bank to USPS, the post office is denying the refund claiming they did not receive any money. This situation has left me without the money order or a refund, and my bank cannot assist in the refund process. This has been frustrating and I am unsure of what steps to take next.

Our community mailbox and parcel locker were vandalized on 11/11, resulting in stolen mail and packages. I am worried about potential identity theft through credit card and bank statements I was expecting. As the USPS scans all mail, I would like them to research the delivered items on 11/11. It would help me alert sending companies about the mail theft and potential identity theft.

Dear Forum Members, I wanted to share my recent experience with my mailbox at the UPS store in Kihei, Hawaii. The USPS has requested another address change, this time removing the pound sign before the box number and replacing it with PMB. Not notifying everyone of this change could lead to mail delivery issues. Due to previous mail return incidents, I've decided to switch to a P.O. Box at the Kihei Post Office to avoid further disruptions caused by address changes. I am curious why the use of a pound sign is permitted in the Post Office address but not at the UPS store across the street. Regarding Zip Code [redacted] and the issue with the manager, Philipe Rivera: I had a concerning experience with Philipe Rivera regarding an outdated policy question that escalated due to his dismissive response. When attempting to send back important San Bernardino Court papers, I encountered unnecessary rudeness and impatience from him. It is evident that Rivera lacks the necessary qualifications for his role in customer service. Any policies hindering mail delivery should be reviewed promptly to avoid such incidents. A manager who prioritizes effective mail delivery and customer satisfaction is imperative. Our property manager removed the lock from one side of our locking mailbox. Despite contacting the Poulsbo Postmaster, no action was taken. Now, we're instructed to place rent in an open slot not meant for mailing through the postal service, but as a convenient drop box. Is this legal? I believed all items in a mailbox should go through the Postal Service. What if someone breaks into the box after multiple payments have been left inside, including our rent money?

I sent out a package but misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. I must update the tracking number on Facebook today to show proof of shipment. The lady I asked to email the receipt ignored my request and simply printed it, not giving me a chance to choose how I received it. I received a notice from USPS stating that a package requires redelivery for a signature. However, upon scanning the QR code and entering the requested details, the website indicates that the tracking number is invalid. My Social Security disability check was scheduled for delivery on December 1st, but as of today, the 3rd, it has not arrived. It was scanned for delivery yesterday. I urgently need the check to be located and sent to my house today. The person relying on this disability payment is in urgent need of this money. I was expecting my Social Security disability check to arrive on December 1st, but it has not been delivered as scheduled. The recipient relies on this check, so it is crucial that it is located and sent to my address promptly. Waiting another day is not an option. My order number is [redacted]. It was meant to arrive on 12/2/21. However, it ended up in YBOR, Tampa instead of Sun City Center, Fla. Then it was sent to Orlando and later to Jacksonville before coming back to YBOR in Tampa, and I still don't have it. This is frustrating and makes no sense! USPS has wasted so much time sending my package back and forth across Florida. I would have picked it up faster myself. Can you please assist with sorting out this chaotic situation?
