My package said delivered but when we went downstairs it was not there also whoever delivered it did not even ring my bell at all we been waiting all day my address is **** west **th street chicago Il ***** it says delivered at *:**pm I never seen it and we have no office down there so I don’t understand why they did not right the bell or put it in the mail box I’m highly upset that was a ***$ order
