I found a certified mail at my home without my signature. I live alone. Someone signed my name as "postseason" on it. I am currently in a legal situation with a company, and they are alleging that "postseason" is my signature. When I arrived home, I discovered the mail in my mailbox. On February 8, my nephew retrieved the mail from the box, and there were three certified letters but no signature cards. The letters were sent by BBB Auto Sales from Smyrna, Tennessee to Ms. Karen Powell at 37 Waterstone Circle, Savannah, Georgia.

A certified package was scheduled for delivery on 3/5/21 and is now at the post office for pick up on 3/6/21. However, despite visiting the post office, I was informed twice in a rude manner that the package was not there. The counter person insisted it must be with the carrier, who confirmed he had returned it to the post office on 3/5/21. Following the carrier's advice, I revisited the post office, but was once again told the package was not there. I rescheduled the delivery for 3/8/21, but a subsequent notice indicated it had not been sent for redelivery. As the package contains important medications, these delays are concerning. The pharmacy will need to investigate why the package is not being properly delivered.

I've been attempting to track a package I sent out on 9-14-20 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]30. I have already submitted a case but have not received any updates. Unfortunately, the package has not been delivered. When I contacted my local post office today, they seemed to focus on the September mailing date and were not very helpful, making it seem like checking the computer was an inconvenience. I tried to update my address online but encountered an issue with the billing address not matching my credit card. The error message indicated a temporary hold of $21.00 might have been placed on my card for verification attempts. Strangely, despite the transaction not going through, the $21.00 was deducted from my account by the post office. I am unsure if my forwarding address was successfully updated or not due to this discrepancy.

I am experiencing an issue with a shipment handled by UPS. The package was sent by store.rhino.com from the USA to France. The tracking number UM[redacted]40US indicates: - Departure from the USA on February 9 - Arrival in Paris, France on February 17 - Return to the USA on March 6 - Delivery to a garage or alternative location on March 9 I was not informed of any issues while the package was in France, and I am unsure why it was returned to the USA. I am eager to retrieve the package, but I encountered difficulties when trying to use the contact form on the UPS website. The site informed me that inquiries for the service used to send the item are not accepted, preventing me from submitting my request.

My premium mail delivery service was halted on January 13, [redacted]. After contacting the Deerfield postmaster, I was notified that my credit card payment did not process due to a hack. I provided my updated billing details. Unfortunately, we did not receive mail in January or February. When my spouse visited the post office, they retrieved our March mail still waiting. Despite contacting the office multiple times, we were informed about delays due to Covid, understaffing, and that our credit card needed to be updated online. I sent a package weighing 1 pound and 5 ounces to Indiana, but it was returned with postage due. The package contained book tapes, and I initially placed $3.30 in postage on it. The returned package had "NSS" and "RTS [redacted] RES IN 2/18/21" along with a postage due amount of $5.25. When I brought it to my post office, they mentioned I used a priority mail box by mistake and said the address was incorrect. However, upon contacting the Indiana post office, they confirmed the address was correct. The post office advised me to use a plain box for a postage cost of $3.80, bringing the total to over $7 for mailing at book rate. My concern is whether I should return it to the post office since the address seems correct on their system but I was charged extra postage. How can I correctly mail it and what would be the accurate postage cost? I've already spent $3.30 on postage.

On March 13 at 5:49 PM, I checked the tracking for package [redacted][redacted]16 and was informed that delivery was not possible due to access issues. Even though my parents were home, there doesn't seem to be any obstructions in the driveway or neighborhood entrance. Living in a secluded area with a long driveway, I find it hard to believe there was truly no way for the package to be delivered. The website mentions a redelivery attempt for today, but there's no update yet. I'm disappointed as I suspect the driver avoided delivering the package by claiming lack of access. I am eager to receive my package today and seek accountability for this delivery mishap to ensure such issues are addressed with the responsible driver.

I recently leased a PO Box at the Balboa Newport Beach Station. I need to confirm that my Online application for PO Box Service, which was certified and faxed by a postal agent in Fountain Hills, as well as by my insurance company, was received. Unfortunately, there is no live number available to call for verification, which is causing me concern about changing my address from AZ. I worry that my mail might get lost in the process. Please confirm that my application and payment were received yesterday so I can proceed with my change of address. I am in the process of moving in less than two weeks and time is of the essence.

I purchased items from Amazon with an expected delivery date of Saturday, which did not happen. After tracking the package, I noticed a delivery issue. We reside in an area where mail is typically left at the bottom of the hill, sometimes at the Quick Country Store. I attempted to arrange a pick-up for Monday, but the system initially showed an error before later confirming a redelivery for Monday. I am unsure if I should expect it to be dropped off at the Quick Country Store or if I need to retrieve it from Pinch P.O. I have not received any notice like a yellow slip for a failed delivery, nor any indication at the post office. I am Carrie H. M., residing at [redacted] Alameda St. in Greenville, SC, and I accidentally dropped a bank envelope from Spero Financial Federal Credit Union with $50.00 in cash in the outside drop box at 19 Conestee Ave. STA- A location in Greenville, SC. The incident occurred around 5:00 PM today along with a few pieces of mail. The scheduled pickup time is 3:45 PM from Monday to Friday, and there are 2 boxes at the location, with the one I used being close to the street. I would appreciate any assistance in contacting the sorting department for this location or requesting the postman who does the pick-up to locate the lost envelope. I shipped two packages to Canada, but only one arrived while both show as delivered. I contacted my local USPS to get the tracking number for one missing package, but the staff were unhelpful, stating it was Canada's issue. I was also unable to find information with the provided tracking number CH[redacted]65UF as it's invalid. I'm frustrated after spending $50 on shipping and being told I might not be able to file a claim due to the delivery status. I noticed on the USPS Informed Delivery service yesterday that there were no packages scheduled for delivery today at my address, [redacted] Daniels Ave in Altoona, WI [redacted]. However, today two packages suddenly appeared as scheduled for delivery. As I am out of town this weekend and concerned about mail theft, I would like to request that the packages be held until Monday when I return to Altoona, as originally planned. These packages are important to me and contain items of sentimental value. I visited the website to hold the mail, but unfortunately, I couldn't select the packages scheduled for delivery today. I need assistance in ensuring that these packages are held until Monday.

I sent my daughter a Catholic five-way medal and a Catholic missal for her first communion, along with a box containing an all-weather coat, two crocheted beanies. I used an Amazon box, clearly labeled with her address on all sides, mentioning it's on an Indian reservation. Despite this, the post office keeps denying the address exists. The tracking now shows "return to sender" from Bismarck, with "Indian Reservation" noted under her address. I'm worried; will the package be sent to Fort Yates or come back to me? I need assistance with a situation involving a certified letter that was not delivered as expected by a long-time postal service veteran at the [redacted] location in Pueblo, Colorado. Despite requesting to hold the mail, the postal worker continued to deliver it, causing me to lose my income tax check. Even after arranging for a replacement check to be sent and requesting that the mail be held at the post office, the postal worker still failed to deliver it. I was unfortunately scammed and need assistance to return the package. The incident involved a buyer pretending to be from England on eBay. They claimed a bank transfer issue required an additional [redacted] euros to be sent for the transaction to go through. We communicated through eBay and WhatsApp. The bank mentioned was "Chase Bank," and the fraudster requested the extra money be sent via Western Union or through a [redacted] euros Amazon voucher. Despite providing an ID without showing their face, their phone number is +44 7[redacted]71 for WhatsApp communication. The supposed recipient's details for the package are: Recipient Name: Micheal C. Bouknight Address: [redacted] Ridgehill Drive, Lexington City: South Carolina ZIP Code: [redacted] Country: USA I have notified the authorities in Germany regarding this fraudulent activity.
