Failure to receive package for ** days ... I ordered a Charge ** FITBIT off the Fitbit website on ** Dec ****. (Order**acdh**mjtke* Tracking ***********************). The status keeps showing up as "in transit". It has been "In Transit" for ** days. I have called the Fitbit company several times and they say they will not replace the shipment nor refund my money. I do not know who I can contact to resolve this problem. Can you help?
