I understand that my package may be delayed due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the holiday season. However, I have been monitoring the tracking for approximately a week, and there hasn't been any progress with my package. The status message keeps saying it's in transit to the next facility, but there has been no movement for five consecutive days. I am concerned that my package may be lost, and I would like a refund for my item. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative to discuss this matter further.

I sent a package on December 9th. When I checked the tracking number last week, it indicated the package was out for delivery. Today, I verified its delivery status, hoping it arrived before Christmas, but was surprised to see it still at the drop-off location per the tracking number [redacted][redacted]52. I am confused. Can anyone clarify if it has been delivered? If not, why hasn't it left the Post Office? If it has, why are the updates missing?

I make my online payments through Chase Bank in Oregon. I am experiencing difficulties with one specific recipient, which is Farmers Insurance Agency represented by John Bledsoe. He claims not to have received my payment, which is now significantly past due. I sent the payment through Chase Bank to the correct address well in advance {now over a month ago}. This has now occurred four times, and in the past, I have even stopped payment through Chase and re-sent it successfully. Most of the time, I have had no issues at all with this process. The U.S. Postal Service also plays a role in this situation. Can anything be done to trace the problem and resolve it? Thank you.

I would like to talk to a customer service representative. On December 10, I shipped several packages via 2-day priority mail. They were scheduled for delivery on December 14. Two packages arrived on time in Seattle and Honolulu, but the package for Boone, NC arrived about 4 days late. The package with tracking number 9[redacted] 6[redacted] [redacted] 30 was supposed to go to Port Charlotte, FL. It has been stuck in the Raleigh, NC distribution center since December 11 with no further updates. The package with tracking number 9[redacted] 6[redacted] [redacted] 47 was meant for Indianapolis, IN. It was in the Indianapolis regional facility for a few days, then went to Pittsburgh, and a few days later appeared in Cincinnati. Our local Post Office was unhelpful and dismissive when we reported the issue. The customer service phone line's IVR is malfunctioning, preventing me from reaching a representative. The website also lacks a customer support contact. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service (or lack thereof) I have received.

I haven't had any mail picked up or delivered for two days. I'm waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of December by 6:30 PM, but it still hasn't arrived. The tracking information shows an "Exception" message. The package was scanned at the Smyrna TN post office at 9:00 AM on the 21st and was out for delivery the same morning. The postal delivery driver failed to ring the doorbell when attempting delivery from the U.S. Despite making four phone calls and filing a paper claim, my package was not successfully delivered. After contacting the main office, they informed me the package was still in transit, yet it was dropped off at the main office without any attempt to contact me, even though my contact information is on the box. The package is now in Frankfurt in reclamation, and they are unwilling to let me pick it up. I have contacted the hotline, which confirmed the driver did not attempt delivery properly. The artwork is at risk of damage due to temperature changes, which is why expedited shipping was chosen. This situation appears to be fraudulent, and I have evidence to support this claim. I shipped a package from Gallup, NM on December 7th, and it reached Albuquerque, NM on December 8th. It remained there until the 12th before being sent to Denver and then to Billings, MT. It was in Billings on Saturday and was supposed to go to [redacted] Road [redacted], Froid, MT [redacted]. The tracking now shows it was sent back to Denver. I am extremely frustrated. Please rectify this issue promptly and deliver it to the correct address by tomorrow, or I will seek damages.

I sent a package from Gallup, NM on December 5th. It arrived in Albuquerque, NM on December 7th and stayed there until December 12th before being sent to Denver. The package reached Denver on December 15th, then continued on to Billings, MT, arriving on December 19th. On December 21st, it was en route to its destination at [redacted] Road [redacted], Froid, MT. Today, I received an update saying it had returned to Denver. I need this package to be in Froid, MT either today or tomorrow.

Hello, I placed an order on Etsy, and it's being shipped via USPS. The tracking information shows it's still in pre-transit status since the 15th. I'm concerned about the accuracy of this status. This item is intended as a Christmas gift, and although the recipient is fine with a slight delay, they will be leaving the state by the 27th. I hope the package doesn't arrive after they depart, leading to the need for reshipment.

I received a text on 12/23/20 stating the tracking number provided was incorrect even though the address is accurate. Three boxes were shipped the day before and successfully delivered on 12/21/20 to the same address. However, on 12/23/20, I received another text stating the package was delivered to a neighbor, without my consent, but failed to provide the neighbor's address. It would be beneficial to ensure carriers are properly trained to read addresses accurately and to follow delivery instructions. If a package doesn't fit in the mailbox, carriers should make the effort to deliver it to the correct house instead of assuming there is an issue with the address.

Hello, I am the manager at Bell Harbor Mobile Home Park in Santa Cruz. I have been attempting to reach the Scotts Valley Post Office, responsible for our mail delivery, all day, but no one has answered. It has been three days since our park at [redacted] Portola Drive in Santa Cruz, CA [redacted], received any mail. Several of our tenants are waiting for important medications that should have arrived by now. Can someone please advise on the status of our mail delivery?

Hello, I made a purchase from Fab Kids on December 9th. The package was shipped on the 10th, and I received an email stating it would arrive by the 23rd. However, I have not received it yet. The last update from Pitney Bowes, the shipping company, on December 16th showed it was at USPS in Mount Laurel, NJ. When I track the package on the USPS website, the last update was on the 13th stating it was in California. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance. Any help would be appreciated.

I sent my package on December 14, [redacted], to avoid the rush. I paid $43.85 for priority mail 2nd day due to budget constraints. Initially, it progressed fine, but suddenly stalled in Nash for 4 days without updates. It was then moved to another location where it has been sitting for an additional 4 days without further tracking information. This package contains my family's Christmas gifts and was supposed to go from Sparta, TN, to Brewster, MA. Today is the 26th, and there have been no updates. Where is my package?

I sent a 2-day Priority Mail Envelope on December 16 with delivery set for Saturday, December 19. Unfortunately, it only arrived on Saturday, December 26. Today, I tried to request a refund through your online service, but it was denied because apparently I didn't buy 'refund coverage.' I don't recall being informed about any 'refund coverage' when I sent the envelope. I'm now seeking a refund of $9.80 for the delayed delivery.

This morning, I missed the delivery of my priority package because I was not expecting it at the usual mail delivery time. Unfortunately, I didn't hear the mailman knock. I found a redelivery slip with instructions but when I attempted to schedule a redelivery using the QR code link and informed delivery, I received a message stating that the package is not available for redelivery. I am confused by this situation and concerned about going to the post office to pick it up due to COVID-19. I really need assistance scheduling a redelivery for my package.

I recently received a package from Scotland with the correct address but the wrong zip code. The package was sent to Delaware instead of my location in Pennsylvania. The tracking number is LB[redacted]83GB. I'm worried if the post office will correct the zip code when they see the correct state and address. I sent a package via Priority Mail on November 30th (Tracking # [redacted][redacted]81). I opened two Research Cases, leading to one automatic closure. After almost three weeks, on 12/19, I received an update that my package went through the Allen Park Distribution Center in Metro Detroit. The last update noted the package's arrival in Philadelphia, PA on 12/22. It has been over a month since I shipped it, and the recipient has not received it. I am concerned and need answers from USPS as to why a 2-5 day Priority Mail delivery has failed. Given the delays, when can I expect the delivery so I can ease the recipient's frustrations? I acknowledge the challenges USPS faces due to increased demand but find this level of service unacceptable. I seek a prompt resolution from USPS regarding the expected delivery date.

I have been sending packages to my son in Lanzhou, China for 14 years. On December 14, [redacted], I sent a package to him using Priority Mail Express International. The package passed through customs in Beijing on December 28th, and the tracking information showed it was on its way to the destination. Surprisingly, my son received a notification that he needed to pay an "Import Mail Tax." This has never occurred in the past. He had to seek assistance to cover the tax. I am puzzled about the reason behind the imposition of this Import Mail Tax. Thank you, Jean L.

My package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]82 was sent to my address in Woodbridge, VA from Hong Kong. According to USPS tracking, the delivery failed and was returned to the sender due to a supposed change in address. I was present at home the entire day of the scheduled delivery, and no attempt was made to deliver the package. I have been residing at the same address for over a decade and have not moved. Kindly arrange for the package to be re-delivered to the original address stated.
