I recently sold an item on Mercari, and the buyer provided the wrong shipping address. They requested that I change it to their correct address. I wonder if I can simply update the existing USPS label with their new address, or if I should request a new label from Mercari. Prompt action is necessary as the item is a Christmas gift. I have a package that indicates it has been delivered, but I have not received anything. I received a text message stating my package was out for delivery on December 14th, then at 7:30pm, I received another text saying it was in transit to the next facility. Today, December 15th, at 3pm, I received a text saying a different package was delivered for individual pick up at USPS. I am unsure about the status of my packages and where they might be. I am experiencing issues with my premium forward mail service. They have been using the wrong credit card information and are not delivering my mail. My order number is: o[redacted]. I have attempted to reach out to the post office, but have not received a response. Both of the credit cards on file are valid. It has been over two weeks since I last received any mail. Hello, I encountered an issue with a package I sent from Ukraine to the USA with tracking number CV[redacted]72UA. The recipient's address provided was [redacted] VILLAGE WAY, DAVIE, FL, 33[redacted], and the phone number was included on the declaration. The package was returned to me stating "insufficient address." I confirmed with the buyer that the address was accurate by checking a photo of their driver's license. I am unsure why the parcel was not delivered correctly and why USPS employees did not contact me to clarify the address. I had to pay for the return shipping. I now need to resend the goods to the same address. I am concerned about the package being returned again. Any insights on preventing this in the future would be appreciated. Thank you.

My package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]26 has been at the Richmond, VA Post Office since December 12, [redacted]. The tracking information appeared in my Informed Delivery on December 14, [redacted]. Every day since then, it keeps saying it's delayed, and it's on its way to the next facility in Hopewell, VA, which is only about 18 miles away. Typically, this distance takes just a day. I'm worried it might be lost. I understand there are Christmas delays, but this seems excessive. I've received a gift from North Carolina in just one day during this time period. The package contains important medication. Despite it being the 17th, it still shows as "in transit to the next facility." Should I go to Richmond to pick it up myself? What's causing the delay?

I was expecting a package from a vendor that they claim was delivered on 12/16. However, I did receive a separate package from the same vendor on 12/12 that was left at my mailbox. Despite having space in the mailbox for another package and available lockers, the recent package seems to have been left at my door. I had a note on the door requesting packages to be taken to the office if I'm not available due to recent thefts. I'm concerned whether the website incorrectly shows it as delivered or if it was left at the door despite my note, leading to it being stolen. I urgently need assistance regarding this matter.

At the CPA firm where I work, it's crucial that our time-sensitive documents get mailed daily. Unfortunately, this week we've faced issues with the carrier not picking up our mail twice and trying to drop it off after hours when we were still open. We need to find a reliable way to ensure the carrier stops daily, ideally before 3 pm or at least by 5 pm, to pick up and deliver without any hiccups.

I'm having issues with USPS delivery. They said they tried to deliver my package twice, but I was home and no one rang my bell. I found a notice 4 days later. A USPS employee called and promised to ring the bell next time. I need this package for work, and I'm worried it will be sent back.

I placed an order for a package that was sent via First Class on November 29th. However, it hasn't been scanned since December 4th at a distribution center in California. A replacement was sent via Priority on December 10th with only two scans on the same day, the latter one at a distribution center in California. The tracking status for both shows "In Transit, Arriving Late" without an estimated delivery date. The initial estimated delivery for the first package was December 2nd, and it has now been more than two weeks past that date.

I am frustrated with the consistent error in my address listing. It should be Twin Oaks Trail, not Twin Oak Trail. The missing "S" causes issues with online orders and even at the bank when I tried to order new checks. The constant correction on various platforms is causing me inconvenience. On December 5th, I visited the Tannersville post office in Pennsylvania to send a USPO Fixed Rate box to ASHENFARB at [redacted] Wah Avenue, Sacramento, CA [redacted]. After paying for the box, I was told it would arrive in less than a week. Although I don't have the receipt, I am concerned because as of Friday, December 18th, [redacted], the box has not arrived after 2 weeks. I placed an online order for Christmas stamps on December 7th. Despite the website stating a delivery timeframe of 4 to 5 days, it's now December 18th, and I haven't received any updates or the stamps. On December 12th, I submitted a request online for a package intercept to have it redirected back to me in Ohio. However, upon checking the tracking information this morning, it indicates that the item is en route to its original destination in North Carolina. This is contrary to my instructions as I intended to have the package intercepted and redirected back to me.

My package has been stagnant in Raleigh, NC since December 11th without any movement. I initiated a case yesterday but received no updates until I received an email this morning containing a survey about USPS's handling of my case. After completing the survey, I checked the tracking to find that the package is still in Raleigh, NC, and my case has been closed without resolution. My residence in Greenville, NC is just 1.5 hours away, and it's hard to believe that there are no trucks commuting between Raleigh and Greenville daily. Regardless of Covid or the holiday season, it seems unreasonable that a package cannot reach a destination that close within over a week.

I received a sizable and heavy package via Parcel Select same-day service, but it was not addressed to me. The package, intended for a queen bed frame and belonging to another address in a distinct zip code, was left in front of my door by the Postal Service. I’ve been attempting to reach the post office located at [redacted] W Michigan Ave, Pensacola, FL [redacted] without success. I placed an order for a Priority Express package last Saturday, and it was meant to be delivered today.
