I sent two packages to Evansville, IN on December 3, [redacted], both with paid priority mail. Unfortunately, they have not been delivered yet, and the tracking status shows as "IN TRANSIT" since day one. The expected delivery date was December 7, but it's now December 10 with no delivery. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with this service. I will switch to using UPS in the future.

I recently purchased stamps from USPS online, paying nearly $90, but unfortunately, the stamps never arrived. It seems that RAPID ENTERPRISES INCI/STAMPS based in Jasper, AL, might be involved because according to a USPS Informed Delivery email, a package from that company was supposedly delivered to my porch, yet it was not there when checked just 3 minutes after the stated delivery time of 3:36 pm on Dec 3, [redacted]. Despite my insistence that the package was missing, USPS claims the issue is resolved. This experience urges caution when ordering stamps through USPS.com. Should I seek further assistance or accept the loss of the money spent on the stamps?

My package was scheduled to arrive on Fri, Dec 4th, but tracking shows it reached the Raleigh, NC USPS Facility at [redacted] on Dec 5th and is still "in transit to the destination." It's been a week without any updates. Raleigh is close to my address, so it should have been delivered by now. I'm concerned about this time-sensitive item. I have been experiencing ongoing delivery issues in my rural area where packages are marked as "delivery attempted" without any actual attempt being made. Despite a notification today claiming that my driveway was inaccessible, I can confirm that it is wide and easily accessible. I am frustrated with the decline in service at the Ava, Missouri Post Office over the past year. Previously, we had dedicated and helpful staff, but recent experiences have left much to be desired. It is disappointing to see the quality of service deteriorate, especially after having reliable service for over 15 years.

I ordered a small package from Newegg.com, and according to the UPS Tracking Number, it was delivered to the wrong post office on December 3rd. However, I have not received my package even after a week. After contacting both Newegg and UPS, I was advised to reach out to USPS for further assistance in locating my package. I have been trying to get in touch with USPS all morning to determine the status of my package and whether it is in my area or not.

I made a purchase via Newegg on September 28th and unfortunately, on December 3rd, UPS accidentally delivered my package to the incorrect post office in Virginia. Despite contacting both Newegg and UPS, they assured me that the package was on its way. However, after waiting for over a week with no update, I was advised by UPS to reach out to the USPS Hotline for assistance in locating my package. The delay is frustrating, especially when I receive packages from other sources in just two days, whereas this particular order had nearly two weeks to make it to my address. Originally, it was expected to arrive by Tuesday.

I have been waiting for a package shipped on November 13, [redacted], that has yet to be delivered. The tracking number, [redacted][redacted]77, shows it bouncing around the USPS system. I contacted the Huntsville, TX post office, where the package is supposedly located, but they couldn't find it. They mentioned that the package was sent to a distribution center and I have no way to reach them. I spent over 50 minutes on the phone with the office in Huntsville and tried contacting USPS numerous times, waiting over an hour without success. I also submitted a Customer Support Request, number [redacted]2, online regarding this issue.

I sent two priority mail /2 day packages that have not been delivered yet. Here are the tracking numbers: [redacted][redacted]70 for $17.25 and [redacted][redacted]73 for $13.65. After tracking them, I found out that the package ending in [redacted] did not leave the station for 7 days. When I inquired at the post office, the clerk mentioned that the 'pick up' person did not collect packages for several days. On speaking with the supervisor, she was unhelpful and mentioned she had just returned from Covid quarantine and was unaware of the recent events. Despite my request for her name, she declined to provide it. I was able to get the name of Jamal from Laurie in the next station but was unable to get the other woman's name. The behavior at this station needs improvement as the employees are consistently rude, slow, and unwelcoming.

I am reaching out to express a complaint regarding a recurring issue with mail collection in my area. Towards the end of October, I sent a payment for my Car Registration, which is due by the end of November each year, to the Honolulu City and County. Unfortunately, the outgoing mail was not picked up by the Saturday postal clerk on both occasions. My father inadvertently contributed to this by installing a large black magnetic mailbox that may have affected the mail pickup process. This problem persisted on December 12, [redacted], when the substitute mail carrier failed to collect outgoing mail, only delivering incoming mail. I urge for the Saturday mail carrier, who is not the regular carrier for the Moanalua Valley route, to be properly reprimanded or replaced to prevent future occurrences. Yours sincerely, Pauline M. I'm having trouble with the post office not delivering my package because it was addressed to my physical address, and I want to pick it up. I have the tracking number and proof of purchase. I hope they can make an effort to deliver it to me instead of returning it. I accidentally provided my physical address instead of my other address, thinking a private driver would deliver it.

I am concerned because my package was not successfully delivered to my family member in IL. The return address on the package is incorrect. The package contains around $[redacted] worth of Christmas items and personal belongings. I am hoping to retrieve the package because my family member is planning to visit in 2 weeks, so sending it back doesn't seem like a good option anymore. I am in a difficult position and cannot bear the thought of losing these items and having to buy them all again.

I mistakenly provided the online retailer with an outdated address. The package, containing multiple items, is due for delivery soon. However, it is being sent to an address where I no longer reside. The current occupants cannot hold the package and will send it back once received. I urgently need to redirect it to my current address to avoid any issues. I checked the tracking information for my package, and it indicated that the delivery was made on Saturday, December 12th at 11:18 am. However, I did not receive the package. I promptly contacted USPS customer service on Monday, December 14th to report the issue. The representative assured me they would notify the local post office about the situation. Later that same day, I received a call from the post office stating that the mail carrier denied delivering my package. Notably, this package contains a 58lb medical scooter for my husband with mobility challenges, making it essential for his daily mobility needs. I am seeking to communicate with the Hermosa SD Postmaster regarding an issue with my mail delivery. My mail carrier, who is a contractor, consistently fails to deliver packages regardless of their size. I placed an order on 11/24/20 from Hamilton, Bermuda. The store confirmed the order was shipped on 11/30/20. However, the tracking only states "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment." After reaching out to the store, they checked with the local post office and found out that the package arrived at JFK on 12/20/20 on Delta Flight [redacted] and was received by USPS but hasn't been scanned yet. I reside at 16 Pear Forest, Bartlett, New Hampshire [redacted], and we do not receive mail at our rural address. Our PO Box is 78 Grove Street, North Conway NH [redacted]. Our ongoing issue is with USPS Sure Post deliveries being redirected to the Bartlett, NH post office as they do not deliver to our home. Since we lack a PO Box in Bartlett, they return the package to the sender without holding it. Even when we are present during delivery, they refuse to release the package to us. I purchased a PO Box online and visited the store to complete the setup and verify my identity. However, every time I attempt to link my new PO Box online, I receive a system error message. I found a damaged key left in my mailbox for a delivered package. Sadly, the key doesn't work, and I can't open the box. I left a note for the carrier to leave the package at my door, but when I checked my mail today, the key and note were still in the box. I'm frustrated that the carrier ignored my request, making it impossible for me to access my package. Waiting at the mailbox shouldn't be necessary. It would have been a quick solution for the carrier to drop off the package at my door. I'm unsure how long I'll have to wait to receive my package, and this level of service is unacceptable.
