Hello, Good afternoon. I sent certified mail on September 25, [redacted] using our Law Firm's Credit Card at the New Brunswick Postal Service Branch. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the receipt and I require the tracking number. When the attorney visited the NB branch, they were only able to retrieve transactions from the past 60 days. Is there a method to access the transaction details for this certified mail sent on September 25, [redacted] to an East Brunswick address, which was paid for with our Business Debit Card? I would like to report an incident where the mail carrier forcefully shoved a large sweatshirt into my mailbox, causing damage to the packaging. My assistant and I have raised this concern with our local postal manager after noticing tears in the plastic that penetrated through the mailbox. We are puzzled as this carrier has previously delivered smaller packages to our door, making us wonder why she chose to cram this larger package into the mailbox. It was a clear, sunny day with no weather hindrances that would prevent her from approaching the door. When my assistant visited the post office to show the damaged package, the postal staff showed little regard for the mishandling of my mail. Despite my efforts and a doctor's note requesting mail delivery to my house due to mobility concerns, the post office has been uncooperative, citing the presence of my grandson and his father in the household. I bought a $[redacted] money order on Dec 1 to pay rent because I was unsure if the auto-pay between my landlord and bank was set up. Informed Delivery showed that two letters were supposed to be delivered to [redacted] SE 35th Pl, Apt F, Portland, OR on December 7, [redacted], but they were not received. It seems like the mail might have been placed in the wrong locked box in a bank of mailboxes. I need assistance in reaching the mail sorting facility for zip code [redacted]. I would like to contact them to request the driver to check the boxes for my letters and ensure he does not still have the undelivered items for Apt. F.

I have been waiting for a package sent via USPS Priority Mail for almost a month now. The package was shipped by Joel Osteen Ministries on November 16th. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]80. Originally, the package was supposed to arrive within 4-6 business days. However, as of December 4th, the tracking information showed a delivery date of December 7th by 9 pm. Strangely, the latest update indicates that the package left the Jacksonville, Florida distribution center and is currently at a post office in Savannah, GA. I find this confusing as I reside in Jacksonville, Florida, the destination address on the package.

I ordered jewelry from Kohl’s to be delivered to my home at [redacted] 1st St, Napa CA [redacted]. The item was shipped via USPS with the tracking number [redacted][redacted]41. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered at 11:53 am at or in the mailbox. When I got back from work, I found 4 other packages on my front porch, but the jewelry was missing. This is unusual as I have never had any issues with missing packages at this address. I’m curious to know which carrier delivered the package, see proof of delivery, and understand where it was left. It seemed strange that all my other expected packages were on the porch except for this one.

I attempted to send a flat rate package by paying online using my credit card. Unfortunately, I did not receive the correct label. Consequently, I had to mail the package from the post office, where I was informed that I needed to pay again despite showing them the receipt. The postal staff advised me that they were unable to issue a refund for the $15.05 that I had already paid online. I am concerned about being charged twice for the same package and would like the $15.05 credited back to my credit card account. I paid the postage fee once again at the post office and hope to avoid being charged $15.05 for a package that did not receive the correct mailing label online. I recently filed a claim that unfortunately got denied. The whole experience has been frustrating. The damaged package was never returned to me for photo evidence as it was delivered to the recipient after the expected return to me. The tracking number for my order is 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 42. We opted for priority shipping, expecting delivery by the 5th or 6th. Despite USPS guidelines indicating our area should have one-day shipping, the estimated delivery shifted to the 7th by 8pm. The delay seems to have been caused by a lag in transferring the item from the distribution center to the annex. Although it reached Minnesota yesterday at 2:54PM, it remains at the distribution center on the 9th. I'm aware of holiday delays, but the prolonged delay post-arrival near the destination is disappointing, given the paid-for 1-3 day priority service. I request a case to address this issue promptly.

I dropped off a package at UPS last week. The tracking did not update for a week until a few days ago when it randomly showed delivered back to my zip code. On November 19, [redacted], I shipped a package to Singapore via USPS. Approximately seven days later, I received a tracking notification indicating that the package departed a transfer airport in CHANGI, SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE on November 28, [redacted] at 2:57 am. The current tracking number is CJ[redacted]13US. As of today, 12.10.20, SingPost informed me that they have not received the package. I am confused by the tracking information from USPS. Does this mean that the package has already arrived at Changi Airport in Singapore or not? If it has not arrived at Changi Airport, where could the package be located? Thank you, Bill Q.
