I am seeking contact information for USPS, specifically for after-hours support either through voice or live chat. I have invested time and paid for assistance from "Just Answer" to get guidance on how to contact USPS for a delayed delivery issue, but have not found the resolution I need. The tracking information shows a package that missed the delivery date and is currently moving through the Midwest with an expected delivery date that has already passed. This situation reminds me of a past experience where a domestic delivery ended up in Canada, resulting in not receiving my $85 item. I am frustrated with the lack of direct customer service provided by large corporations like USPS, which seem to prioritize barriers over assisting customers. Despite feeling powerless in rectifying the situation, I wanted to share my disappointment with the community. Sincerely, Dr. CAKessler, a seasoned online buyer and seller since [redacted].

I will be relocating from New York to Florida around mid-October. My plan is to secure a PO Box at the Coral Springs post office. As there is a waitlist for the larger PO Boxes, I am uncertain about the timeframe involved. I am considering applying for a different size box if needed. I need advice on coordinating my change of address application with the PO Box assignment since I am currently residing out of state. Will my mail be sent to the PO Box before I can visit the post office to complete the necessary paperwork and provide identification? If it is feasible to secure the PO Box from another state, when should I initiate the change of address process?

I am facing a challenge with my local postmaster in Cherokee, AL [redacted]. He is requesting me to relocate my mailbox to someone else's property, which is marked with "no trespassing" tape. I cannot fulfill this request as it is private property and I do not own it. Additionally, the postmaster seems reluctant to revisit to address the issue since I am the only one with a mailbox on that side of the road.

I am missing 5 packages that were sent by priority mail from Montana to Gardena, CA. We sent a total of 9 packages. I had tracked one package that was supposed to arrive on September 16, [redacted]. However, it never arrived. When I checked the tracking history, it said the package would be delayed but was still in transit. My boyfriend visited the Gardena facility, and the manager located our package. Unfortunately, it had been opened, and some of the rocks inside were damaged. 3 pieces of Jasper were missing, and others were broken. The manager mentioned that the package would be returned due to the address not being visible on the label. This explanation seems odd as the package was out for delivery on September 16. The situation is frustrating, and I hope it can be resolved properly.

I have a question about home delivery to [redacted] Mace Dr., Pioneer, CA 95[redacted] by the Post Office. Can they deliver there? I spent a lot of time on the phone with USPS without getting a clear answer. It would be useful to have an option for general questions. I need to send a sympathy card from Victoria, BC and want to ensure it will be delivered. I have both a home address and a post office address. If I had been able to speak to someone, this would have been resolved. Which address should I use? I'm worried about delivery to the rural home address [redacted] Mace Dr., Pioneer, CA [redacted]. I'm also concerned that the PO Box might not belong to Herbert Corbin, perhaps it belonged to his late brother Fred Corbin. Can you help with this? Thank you. -P. Campanello

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]51 I dispatched 2 packages from Lake Mary, FL on September 9, [redacted]. By September 10, they had reached the Jacksonville FL Network Distribution Center. I've been notified of multiple delays since then, with the packages still in transit. Surprisingly, on September 24, [redacted], the packages are back at the Jacksonville FL Network Distribution Center. Over 2 weeks have passed since I sent them out. Despite understanding COVID-related delays, I'm baffled as to why the packages are essentially back where they started. I've attempted to contact customer service to no avail. I paid nearly $[redacted] for delivery, and I'm anxious for any insights into this situation. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. Sincerely, M. Meinert

I managed a property at [redacted] Memorial Dr, Waycross, GA, where we evicted a tenant in June [redacted]. Despite the vacancy, mail continues to be delivered for the evicted tenant, Allen Breisinger. To prevent theft and suspicious activity, I request that mail delivery cease for Mr. Breisinger at this location. Updating the status to vacant will discourage him from visiting. I am Starr Putala, the property manager at Gateway Realty, located at [redacted] Lott St, Waycross, GA [redacted]. For prompt action, please assist with this matter. Thank you for your attention to this. Starr Putala

Tracking Number: ************************. I shipped two packages from Lake Mary, FL on September 9, [redacted]. By September 10th, they had reached the Jacksonville FL Network Distribution Center. Despite receiving updates that the packages would be delayed but were en route, by September 24, [redacted], they were back in the Jacksonville FL Network Distribution Center. It's now September 29, 20 days since I sent them, and the packages are still undelivered. Despite trying to contact customer service multiple times without success, I paid nearly $[redacted] for their delivery. While I understand the COVID-related delays, I am puzzled as to why my packages have circled back. I'd appreciate any information you can provide on this matter. Thank you, M. Meinert.

I use Informed Delivery and noticed that a mail piece from the Social Security Administration addressed to PO Box [redacted] Baltimore, MD 21[redacted] is missing. It's not junk mail. Including [redacted] words to help resolve the issue, the rest of this communication may seem pointless. My main goal is to have my mail delivered. Despite any irregularities within the organization during an election year seeking increased funding, I hope this doesn't impact our rural community. I am uncertain about the whereabouts of this mail piece and how it will be recovered. Wishing for a calmer and more sensible next decade in [redacted] than what has transpired so far.

I shipped a package from the Louisville Post Office on September 23, [redacted], at 10:22 am via Priority Mail with insurance for $[redacted]. I was informed that the package arrived at the Sanford, NC post office on September 28, [redacted], at 7:13 am, addressed to Devin Clapper at 35 Lakewind Court, Sanford, NC [redacted]. Despite being scanned upon arrival at the post office, Devin has not received the package. The local office claims it should have been delivered that same day but has no record of it being scanned before being loaded onto the truck. Since the regular carrier was absent that day, its whereabouts are unknown. After speaking with the supervisor, they advised me to file a report. The tracking number is 9[redacted] 6[redacted] [redacted] 68. I was also informed about a substitute carrier, which raises the question of whether the package was overlooked during scanning. This marks the fourth issue I've encountered with their services.

I had an issue buying a money order at the USPS Office in Codman Square on [redacted] Washington St Dorchester Center, MA. I tried on Friday, October 2nd at 2:30 PM for $[redacted] plus the $1.75 fee. Although the charge went through, the money order machine malfunctioned, and the check was not printed. Clerk #4 couldn't issue a refund due to a computer issue. The accounting department was contacted, and I was told they would call within two hours, but no one did. They assured me the charge would reverse by Monday, but I haven't seen a refund or received any calls. Please assist me. - J. Hardin

Tracking Number: EJ [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] US Case Number: [redacted]5 I sent out this package to be returned to me overnight express, however, I have yet to receive it and I am unable to track it. I have received inconsistent information from multiple agents. I was informed that it would depart from the Springfield Ave Newark post office on the 6th for an overnight return. I urgently require this package as it contains crucial and expensive electronic equipment necessary for my work. I need it by today. I have been persistently contacting customer service for days, reaching out to consumer affairs and leaving messages, yet the issue remains unresolved. Where is my package, why is there no clear information, and why has this matter not been resolved yet?

I ordered two cases of water from Amazon, expecting delivery through the United States Postal Service in Lexington, Kentucky, at the University of Kentucky for my daughter. Despite Amazon's promise of a Sunday delivery, it didn't arrive. Being aware the campus post office is closed on Sundays, I anticipated Monday delivery, but she still hasn't received the package. Multiple calls on Tuesday and Wednesday yielded no response. After contacting Amazon and the post office, tracking indicated the package had been delivered the next day. However, the tracking status remains stagnant, continuously stating the package is in transit. I require clarification on this matter.

I was in the process of applying through a service that seemed to be affiliated with the USPS, but it turned out to be a scam. They ask for a $39 refundable deposit, which is actually only refunded if you don't pass all 4 sections of the process. It's misleading because if you pass even one section, you won't get your deposit back. It initially looked legitimate, but now it's clear it's a scheme to collect money. I want to report this deceptive practice. Contact Information: [redacted] Davis Rd, Lawrenceville, GA [redacted] Email: [redacted] [redacted]

This week, I received three packages from the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, one of the packages was left at my front door covered in grey paint, which damaged the items inside. Then, yesterday I found two large bags crammed into my mailbox by the postal employee, causing the mailbox door not to close properly, allowing water to get inside and damage the Halloween costumes I had ordered. The packages were difficult to remove from the mailbox without damaging them further. I am very disappointed by the carelessness of the postal worker as all three packages arrived ruined. My contact number is [redacted] and my address is 73 Autumn Lane, Newnan, [redacted].

I understand that your staff is limited, and I anticipated the delivery would arrive today or tomorrow due to it being sent as priority mail containing car parts, crucial for my low-to-the-ground Porsche. There is urgency as it might be towed, causing significant damage. I am willing to pay for overnight shipping to ensure delivery before Monday. The stated 2-3 day shipping time on your website shouldn't exceed a week, particularly for priority mail. I am prepared to expedite the shipping if necessary as the car parts are essential to prevent severe damage to my irreplaceable car.

In July [redacted], I communicated with the Post Master at the Cayey post office about installing curbside mailboxes for three neighbors and me. The Post Master approved our plan and directed us on where to place the boxes with the involvement of the mail carrier. I recently visited the post office to follow up with Mrs. Lourdes Zoe, the Post Master, but despite waiting for over an hour with reminders, I was eventually assisted by Mr. David Ortega. He mentioned that the addresses needed for the mailboxes are awaited from the San Juan office, which is currently understaffed due to Covid-19. Despite investing $[redacted] and waiting for over a month, I found this response to be unsatisfactory. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly for my neighbors and myself. I dropped off a letter at the Farley Post Office in Oklahoma City on 10/13/20 with an expected delivery date of Saturday, 10/17/20. Unfortunately, my mortgage company informed me they hadn't received the payment, prompting me to contact the post office. Despite attempts, I haven't been able to reach a human at the post office. Upon tracking the letter today, it shows it arrived at the LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER on October 23, [redacted], at 2:01 am and is in transit to the destination. As my priority mail is delayed, I am concerned about when it will reach the intended company. The delay is resulting in a late fee, which is frustrating. I would appreciate some insight into why the letter is delayed and when it will be received by the recipient. -Mitchell D.

In October [redacted], I relocated from North Carolina to Florida. Following the lockdown due to the pandemic in March [redacted], I had to temporarily return to North Carolina to assist with my grandchildren. I informed the Post Office of this temporary change for mail forwarding. However, financial institutions mistakenly updated my address based on a formal change of address request meant for temporary mail forwarding. I have since rectified the situation with these companies, ensuring my permanent residence remains in Florida. Nevertheless, the Post Office continues to provide these companies with the incorrect address, leading to confusion. It is crucial for tax purposes that my residential address reflects my Florida home. How can I resolve this issue and prevent my mail from being redirected to North Carolina incorrectly? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
