I have yet to receive my package. It was initially delivered on 05/12/[redacted] but was returned for unknown reasons. I requested a redelivery the next day, 05/13/[redacted], but it did not arrive. I attempted redelivery again on 05/15/[redacted], but still no luck. Despite contacting customer service over 20 times, I have yet to reach a live agent. The one time I did speak with someone, a redelivery was scheduled for 05/18/[redacted], but the package has still not arrived, and I am unable to find any USPS contacts for further assistance. Tracking the package online has also been unhelpful as it states my tracking number is invalid. I am growing increasingly frustrated as I urgently need the parcel and wish to avoid it being sent back.

I am experiencing significant issues with the Montana Whitehall Postal Service. Despite clear instructions on the boxes to leave the fragile, marked "leave at post office, do not deliver, call for pick up" live eggs for pick up, 7 out of 10 boxes were delivered to my mail box down the highway. The boxes contain expensive and rare breeds. The cold weather and rough handling during delivery have caused significant losses of $[redacted]. It is frustrating that even though our phone numbers are clearly displayed on the boxes, the packages were not handled as directed. The negligence of the Whitehall post office staff has set me back a year in my livestock business. The repeated failure to follow simple instructions has been extremely upsetting and costly. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, as I have more eggs on the way.

I am concerned about a package that was due to be delivered to my customer on the 18th at 65 Bow St, Medford, MA [redacted]. The tracking information has shown it stuck since the 17th with no updates, supposedly in Pennsylvania. Despite being told different reasons for the delay, other packages sent after this one have reached their destination. The response I received implied that the package may be lost. Unfortunately, there has been no reply to my emails or communication attempts. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]51.

Hello, I have been eagerly waiting for my daughter's birthday present to arrive. Despite the delays due to current circumstances, I expected the package to reach Lubbock between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm today. Unfortunately, it only arrived at 5:30 pm when no one was home, with the reason stated as an "insufficient address." This is confusing as I have successfully received several packages here in the past month. Additionally, a re-delivery note was not left, and the package was marked for return, causing frustration as my attempts to contact the post office were unsuccessful. I kindly request that the package be redelivered or made available for pickup.

My husband and I recently visited the post office to have our fingerprints taken for an FBI background check. Despite my husband not being a U.S. citizen, the employee at the counter insisted on a U.S. passport as identification. My husband tried to use his green card, but she was unhelpful. To make matters worse, a person in line made derogatory comments towards my husband while the situation was not addressed by staff. After finally taking the fingerprints, the employee did not handle the process professionally and charged us each fifty dollars. Additionally, we have not received confirmation from the FBI after two weeks. Despite multiple complaints, we have yet to receive a proper resolution from USPS. This experience has been frustrating and has potentially set back our visa application process. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received and hope for a refund and appropriate action to be taken against the unhelpful employee.

I am currently missing an important and valuable package with tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I need assistance in resolving this issue as the delivery status seems to be unclear and conflicting. The package was initially scheduled for delivery on May 30, but there have been discrepancies in the tracking information leading me to believe it might not have been dispatched for delivery correctly. On May 31, the tracking status displayed an Alert and mentioned it would be delivered by 8pm on June 1, however, this did not happen. When I checked the status again, it indicated that the package had been delivered two days prior, which is incorrect. I have evidence in the form of screenshots on my phone to support this scenario. I recently visited the post office on April 15, [redacted], to send two packages through priority mail international to my family overseas, with the expectation of a 6-10 business day delivery period. However, one package has only just arrived at Newark NJ after 50 days. The delays have been frustrating, especially when comparing to packages received from overseas during the same period. The tracking numbers for the packages are: CH [redacted]85US and CH [redacted]40US. I am disappointed with the service as they were sent together but arrived separately. I am considering seeking compensation for the extended delivery time. While I chose this service over a competitor due to reliability and cost, I am reconsidering this decision due to the current experience and difficulties in reaching customer service.

I need to cancel the informed delivery service for my home. A previous resident, K. Anderson, has moved out but still receives images of my mail and Mr. Russell's mail. I have initiated a case with number #[redacted]1. Can the service be completely stopped? I require this action promptly as I believe it violates my privacy to have her view my mail.

I bought regular postage stamps online, but I received collector's stamps instead. I returned the collector's stamps by mail to exchange them for regular postage stamps by following the address provided in the package. I spent a total of $12.75, which I believe included taxes. It has been approximately two weeks, and I have neither received the regular postage stamps I purchased nor received any communication from USPS. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]71 I sent a package on June 1st bound for Newark, New Jersey, but it ended up in New Orleans due to a mix-up with the zip code. Despite my efforts to clarify the issue over multiple calls, there hasn't been any resolution. The correct zip code should be [redacted] for Newark, New Jersey. It's disappointing that the package keeps going back and forth between New Orleans and New Jersey without being delivered. I am the owner of [redacted] SW 60th Ave in Plantation, FL [redacted]. My family bought this property three years ago, and it was an abandoned, foreclosed, distressed property when we acquired it. The previous owner, Ellerson, had abandoned the property without leaving a forwarding address. For the past two years, I have personally visited the Plantation Post Office to request that Ellerson's mail not be delivered to our mailbox. Despite efforts, Ellerson's mail continues to be delivered to us. I have indicated on the envelopes that the addressee is not at this address, but the mail keeps returning to our mailbox. I am experiencing ongoing issues with USPS in Midway, Texas. They have refused to deliver my packages claiming I live too far, despite having received deliveries for 24 years. I faced difficulties with a recent Amazon order for an ottoman. After contacting Amazon, USPS rescheduled the delivery, but the package did not arrive on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. The postmaster, Karen, stated they do not deliver down my street. Despite multiple redelivery requests, the item has not been delivered. USPS only leaves mail in my mailbox, refusing to come to my house. This situation has caused me distress, leading to health issues due to my heart condition. I have requested a refund from Amazon. I have been waiting for a package for almost two weeks now. It was supposed to be delivered on the 15th via first-class mail. The package was at the Southern CT distribution center on its way to Ledyard but ended up being sent back to Springfield, MA. I am extremely frustrated and upset with the service. I paid for first-class shipping and handling only to have my package go back and forth between states. It feels like I paid for nothing. I will not be using this service again. I would like a refund for the shipping and handling since my important package was completely mishandled. This experience has made me feel like the company is trying to rip off and scam people with their shipping fees without fulfilling their promise of delivery. There are no excuses for this kind of service failure.

I have received a text notification stating that my USPS package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]2 was returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. I actually witnessed the postal delivery person in my driveway through my window. The address, [redacted] Mount Danaher Road, Camino, CA [redacted], is accurate and should have been delivered to my residence, despite the lack of a visible "Apt #1". My regular carrier is aware of this detail, and in the past, all packages have been delivered without any issues. This situation is disappointing, especially since it is a gift for a wedding happening on Monday, June 22nd, just two days from now. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly so that the package can be redelivered before Monday afternoon.

I placed an order on June 25th for delivery on June 27th, but it got postponed twice. On June 29th, I received a notice about the driveway being inaccessible for delivery at 6:30 pm, even though no attempt was made. I waited at home every day from 5:00 pm to 7:15 pm since Saturday, anticipating the gift for my grandson's belated birthday. Feeling very frustrated as today there is no tracking update yet. This is the first time I've been left without a gift as a grandmother. Hoping for clarification on the delivery status. Thank you.

I sent a package to my son with an expected delivery date of Saturday, June 27th. Surprisingly, the package arrived in Lake Forest, CA on Friday, June 26th, a day ahead of schedule. However, as of today, June 30th, my son has not received it. The tracking number is [redacted]. The tracking information states that the package was forwarded to a different address in Lake Forest on June 29th, due to forwarding instructions or an incorrect address label. I meticulously checked the address details before sending the package. The format I used includes my son's name, apartment number, apartment name, street address, city, state, and zip code. I recently ordered art supplies from England that were supposed to be delivered to my address at [redacted] Norwood Ave Apt 3A, Cranston, RI [redacted]. The package made it to the Network Distribution Center in Providence, RI but was mistakenly sent to Washington D.C. instead of my local carrier.
