Subject: Address Registration Assistance Needed Dear Larry Munoz, I am reaching out for assistance in resolving an issue we have encountered. UCLA purchased a portion of a property that was previously under one address ([redacted] Hilgard Ave., Los Angeles, CA [redacted]). We need to register a new address ([redacted] Hilgard Ave.) for the UCLA-owned portion. The post office, up to West LA Supervisor Angie Espinosa, informed us that we must register through the City of Los Angeles, even though the property is owned by UCLA and not under the city's jurisdiction. Carl Newth, UCLA Building Official, can provide any necessary permits or documents from our office, but we are unsure about the correct process to register the new address with the post office. Any guidance or direction you can offer in connecting us with the appropriate contacts at the post office for address registration would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Suzy Sullivan UCLA Capital Programs Design and Construction Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

Our mail carrier refuses to deliver any boxes over 10 lbs, claiming there's no secure drop location. However, she delivers lighter boxes without issue. If a box is too heavy, she returns it to the post office, forcing me to leave work early to collect it by 4 pm, eating into my vacation time. Additionally, she mixes up mailboxes, leading to frequent exchanges of mail between neighbors. Last summer, she damaged our mailbox, and despite complaints to Amazon and the Post Office, the situation hasn't improved. I've been patient for a year, but the problem persists. Urgent action is needed to address this ongoing issue.

There is a concern regarding a counterfeit outfit in China known as REPLICAHAUSE WATCH COMPANY. This organization is utilizing both the USPS and British Mail for shipping counterfeit items. It has been reported that a key figure within this criminal group, known as FENTANYL KEISHA GOMES (also known to distribute illegal substances such as fentanyl and methamphetamine), is involved. The mentioned distribution address of REPLICAHAUSE WATCH GROUP is [redacted] Wilshirer Blvd., Suite #[redacted], Beverly Hills, California [redacted]. They are distributors of various counterfeit products, including watches. Contact number listed on their US website is [redacted]. Addressing these issues of using national carriers for illicit activities is crucial to deter counterfeit operations and potential narcotics distribution.

I contacted the [redacted]-number about postage stamps I ordered on Feb 18th through the post office envelope with a $77 check for 1 roll of stamps at $55 and 2 books at $11 each. Despite not receiving the stamps, I called and received Service # [redacted]9, told I would be contacted within 24 hours, but heard nothing. I included the check number and just received the envelope today, 10 days later. This is unacceptable. A similar delay happened before Christmas, but this time there is no valid reason for the delay. In the past, I would get stamps within 2 days. I will not use this system again. If Amazon offers stamps, I'll receive them the next day. The postal service needs to improve or risk losing customers.

I received notice from the IRS that $[redacted].98 was deducted from my husband's Income Tax Return by the USPS due to a debt I supposedly owed. I left the Postal Service in August [redacted] and was never informed about any outstanding balance. When I departed, I did not owe any money, so I am confused as to why the USPS is deducting funds from my husband's return now. I have been attempting to reach out to the relevant parties for an explanation without success. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I can be reached at [redacted]. During my time at the Hixson, TN [redacted] office, I was known as Stephanie Cain (previously Lynn). I firmly believe that the money should be returned to my husband, as the USPS had no grounds to withdraw it without proper notification to either of us.

Hello, I sent a package via Airmail from South Africa to Texas, USA in November [redacted] using the South African Postal Service. My tracking number is CN[redacted]83ZA. Unfortunately, the package was redirected to Atlanta in Feb [redacted] and has been there ever since. I am hoping for assistance in forwarding it to a new address in South America. I am willing to cover any charges with my Visa Credit card if necessary. Since the SA Post Office has not been able to help, your support is greatly appreciated. I'm encountering issues with the website only accepting US or Canadian phone numbers, could you advise on how to proceed with this? Thank you, JP Mellet

I am the secretary at Pine Level Elementary School in Deatsville, AL [redacted]. Our mail carrier fails to deliver mail one to two times a week. I have spoken with the Deatsville Post Master multiple times. She mentioned that mail delivery is hindered due to school traffic blocking the road or late truck arrivals. However, other postmen in Prattville, AL manage to deliver mail late into the evening. This mail issue, started pre-Christmas. I suggested the carrier communicate with the officer for road access. Safety regulations prevent us from blocking the road. I contacted the complaint line three times with no response. The delay in mail delivery and pickup is causing inconvenience. We send essential items like checks to vendors and parent letters. Recently, mail sat in the box for three days before collection. Assistance in resolving this matter promptly is much appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble opening my keyed US postal box. I have already complained three times about this issue. When I visited the post office on Rainbow and Spring Mountain, they were unable to assist me as there were no supervisors or managers present. An agent was unhelpful and dismissive, throwing the key back on the counter and walking away. After waiting again and speaking to another agent, I was told to contact the original unhelpful agent who never returned. Eventually, I requested a phone number to file a formal complaint and returned the key. I will also notify my credit card company to avoid being charged for undelivered packages due to the post office's failure to maintain the boxes. This is my third complaint regarding this matter, involving two separate packages. Thank you for your guidance.

A valuable package, worth $[redacted], has not been delivered as of February 1, [redacted]. The tracking number has been misplaced, and the package measures 6"x6" and is very light, requiring a signature upon delivery. I suspect it might be stuck in a USPS holding location. It was sent from Wadsworth, Norton, or Rittman, Ohio, with the destination address for Stephen S. at [redacted] Summerfield Dr., Lakeland, FL [redacted]. The shipping cost was approximately $11. I believe it might have been either stolen or delivered to the wrong recipient. I am a frequent USPS user through eBay and rely on your services daily. The Wadsworth branch staff can confirm my loyalty. Please investigate this matter promptly. Thank you, Bill M. at [redacted] Johnson Rd., Wadsworth, Ohio [redacted].

I have a package to receive on March 4th. Upon tracking, it showed an insufficient address, resulting in the package being sent back to the sender. I promptly contacted customer care to request redelivery, providing the correct address details. After they rescheduled the delivery, I called again to confirm the address change. Later that evening, I received a call informing me that I wouldn't receive the package the next day, despite the tracking still indicating redelivery. Checking on March 5th, the status remained the same, with conflicting information from the local post office and customer service stating it was returned to the sender. Uncertain about the fate of my package, I am disappointed with the lack of clarity and communication from USPS regarding its status.

I reside in Australia and recently placed an order with BerrHealth from Oregon, United States. I received tracking number CJ[redacted]90US. Upon checking with USPS international, it notified me of a failed delivery attempt, promising a re-delivery on a specified day. Despite being home for both delivery attempts, the package has not arrived. Kindly provide me with information on the current location of the package and if I can arrange for another delivery or pick it up. My address is 10 Tate St, South Perth, Western Australia [redacted], Australia. Thank you.

I was informed that my Amazon package couldn't be delivered yesterday due to a lack of access to my front door. This seems unlikely since I reside in a townhouse community where direct access is available to my driveway. Additionally, the package was supposedly attempted to be delivered to Asbury Park, NJ, with an incorrect ZIP Code. I reside in Long Branch and my ZIP Code is [redacted]. Could you kindly ensure that the package is tracked correctly and promptly delivered to me?

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my PO Box billing at the Kingston, WA [redacted] Post Office. I have been a PO Box holder there for 20 years, and I initially paid my bi-annual bill of $46.00 through online banking on 2/24/[redacted] for an invoice due on 2/01/[redacted]. However, when I went to retrieve my mail on 2/07/[redacted], the box was locked with a late fee imposed, prompting me to consider closing my account. After filing a complaint with the Seattle office of the PO Consumer Affairs Division, I was advised to contact your office at [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone through this number, and the online message system requires an incident number that I do not possess. I am concerned that Kingston Post Office intends to escalate this issue to a collection agency, and I am unsure about the next steps to take.

I have been a loyal U.S. Postal Service customer who regularly sends packages to Japan. Recently, on February 14, 20, I sent a package from Albany, California, containing a detailed list of items. Despite paying the $74.25 postage, the package was returned weeks later marked "AIR CARRIER REJECTED MAIL". Visiting the Berkeley Main Post Office, I was unsatisfactorily informed that they would not refund the postage. I always adhere to postal regulations, pay the correct fees, and have my packages accepted correctly. It is baffling why I should be held accountable for the carrier's mistake. Refunding the $74.25 seems a fair resolution for this issue.

I have been experiencing issues with my mail delivery recently. On March 1, I was expecting a check that was returned to the sender as 'undeliverable,' despite the correct address on my mailbox. This has caused significant delays in my life as I have yet to receive the check. Today, on 3/13, when I went to check my mail, I was particularly vigilant as I needed to retrieve a certified piece of mail from my sister. To my dismay, the mail carrier did not even attempt to deliver it properly. Instead, a pink slip was left claiming delivery was attempted, but no actual attempt was made. This inconsistency is frustrating as I rely on timely mail delivery. I have never encountered such problems with mail delivery in the past.

I've tried contacting the Bonney Lake, WA [redacted] USPS ten times without success. The issue at hand is the lost keys to mailbox #2 at [redacted] 111th St. Ct. E. Bonney Lake, WA [redacted], after USPS replaced the locks a few months ago. Despite leaving two notes, we were advised to hire a locksmith by the postal worker. As seniors in quarantine, aged 72 and 74, we need assistance and are unable to seek help outside during the day. Please urgently provide a resolution by contacting us directly. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I have not received my package with tracking number 1ZY82F[redacted]96. The tracking information claims it was delivered on 3/13/[redacted], but it never arrived at my home. Despite being present at the time, nothing was dropped off at my front door. The tracking only shows the city it was supposedly delivered in, Sylmar. I require more detailed information concerning the specific location of the delivery. Simply stating Sylmar is inadequate since there are numerous residences in the area. I urge you to investigate with the delivery person to determine the precise drop-off location and to provide clear evidence of where the package was left as it was not at my address. Thank you for assisting in locating my missing item.

Hello, I am a disabled senior living in an apartment building and facing consistent challenges with the timely delivery and accessibility of my packages. Relying solely on mail order services for essentials, including medications during Covid-19, makes these issues even more critical. Repeated incidents of packages being marked as delivered when they were not, or inaccessible when they clearly are, are causing significant concerns for me as a disabled individual. I kindly request that all packages addressed to my household be directly delivered to my doorstep without any deviations. This accommodation is essential for me as I depend on mail order prescriptions for my daily medical needs. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I sent my luggage on December 31, [redacted], at 5:30 pm from the Round Rock USPS office in Austin to New Jersey. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my bag. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support and requests for a search, I have not received a satisfactory response. I even visited a nearby USPS office, but the staff was unhelpful and advised me to return to Austin. I have spent $[redacted] on shipping, and my bag is extremely important to me. I am unsure of the next steps and feel frustrated by the lack of assistance and unfriendly service from USPS employees. The bag is a black duffel weighing 52 lbs, shipped from Round Rock, Austin to New Jersey.

Yesterday, I visited the location at [redacted] N Cocoa Blvd in Sharpe, FL around 4:23 p.m. I went inside and requested 4 money orders from Clerk 07. During the transaction, she offered stamps and package supplies, but I declined. I then asked if I could send a letter certified, which she mentioned would be a separate transaction. As she was finalizing the money order purchase, she asked me to lock the door temporarily as another customer had arrived. Once the transaction was complete, she handed me the money orders and receipt and wished me a good day. I then inquired about sending the letter certified, but she apologized and said they were closed. I was disappointed with this customer service experience as I had never encountered a business refusing a service request when the customer was already on the premises. This has left me contemplating reporting this incident to USPS.
