The delivery driver mistakenly dropped off my package at the wrong condo unit. On 12/7/[redacted], when I attempted to track the delivery, it showed it had not been made. Upon visiting the post office on 12/8/[redacted], the supervisor confirmed the package was placed in the complex mail center instead of the correct address. Despite searching the mail center, the package could not be found. To my dismay, the $[redacted].00 gift cards and a $[redacted].00 Tiffany Bracelet in the package were used at a Wal-Mart in Cincinnati on 12/8/[redacted]. The post office advised me to wait 10 days before filing a complaint, so I directed my daughter to report the incident to the police. I seek reimbursement due to the delivery error that led to the items being stolen.

I am concerned about a recent package delivery issue involving a shipment from Sri Lanka. The package was sent to the Beverly Blvd Post Office on 11-25-19, then forwarded to two different locations, [redacted] on 11-26-19, and [redacted] on 11-27-19. Despite my efforts to track it, I was informed at the airport location that it had been returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. Upon inspection, I found that the tracking label had been ripped off, despite the address being clearly written in bold print. I also mentioned a successful package retrieval from Japan using eBay tracking. The inconsistency in postal service, including missed deliveries and new mail carriers, is frustrating. I shipped a package from New Zealand on 12/3/[redacted] with express shipping to New Jersey. The package has been held in customs for four days without any updates. There were claims of two attempted deliveries at the destination without any missed delivery notifications, prompting me to investigate on my own. My delivery person consistently leaves packages in the rain by the mailbox or in front of the house instead of bringing them a few steps to the front door under the porch. Additionally, there have been mix-ups where my mail is placed in my neighbor's box and vice versa. I have reached out to multiple managers about this issue, but unfortunately, it continues. I even have a photo from yesterday showing a fragile package precariously balanced on the post behind my mailbox in the rain instead of being delivered to my door.

I sent a certified item from Laredo, TX on December 5 to an address in San Jose, CA. However, there have been delivery issues. From December 7-14, it was at the San Jose post office with a notice showing "Delivery Exception Waiting for Scan--Out for delivery." On December 14, it was unexpectedly redirected to Sacramento, CA. I filed a Package Intercept Request on December 17, paid for it, and the tracking now shows the item en route to San Antonio, TX as of 2:04 PM on December 18. I want to intercept the item and have it returned to San Jose, CA, where I would like it held at the local post office for the recipient to pick up after January 1. I am eager to speak with someone at the USPS facility in San Antonio, TX to ensure the item is redirected back to the correct address.

I was expecting my package to arrive on Friday the 13th, [redacted], but it did not show up. The tracking page mentioned that it was transferred to the local post office, where they couldn't locate it, suggesting I check with UPS. After contacting UPS, they advised me to inquire with USPS. As I am relocating from Hawaii to California on Saturday, December 21, [redacted], and my package contains Christmas gifts, I'm concerned it won't reach my Hawaiian address in time. I'm looking to update the delivery address to my new one in California.

I bought a phone on Letgo from a seller in Houston while I am in McKinney. The seller agreed to mail it to me. She provided the details after sending it from the post office. I tried tracking the package but it shows as awaiting. I reached out to the seller who insists she sent it and no longer has the phone. USPS informed me the package is with a third-party like FedEx or UPS as it wasn't scanned at their facility. It has been almost a week, and I'm yet to receive the package. USPS maintains the same status despite my repeated contacts. FedEx and UPS confirmed they don't have it and the tracking is with USPS. I am puzzled. I've asked the seller who believes I should have received it by now. Could it be at the store unscanned?

I am reaching out on behalf of several Wanatah, IN residents regarding the inconvenient hours at our local post office. It is extremely challenging for many of us to ship or collect mail and packages due to our work schedules. The lobby opening at 9 am and closing at 3:30 pm makes it difficult for the hardworking residents to manage their daily responsibilities. We are questioning why the post office operates in this manner when it inconveniences the community. Having to adjust our schedules or use our lunch breaks to visit another post office is not ideal. As taxpayers, we expect more from the postal service in our area. We are looking for a resolution to this issue to better serve the needs of the residents. Thank you.

I recently went to the Conyers post office to mail a priority mail envelope. However, their system could not confirm the mailing address for [redacted] Growdon Blvd, Tallassee, Tennessee, [redacted]. I tried using the USPS website, but it also did not recognize the zip code [redacted]. I confirmed with the company that the correct zip code is indeed [redacted]. My mail is currently being held at the local USPS post office, and they won't redeliver it until I contact them. I have been trying to reach them for three consecutive business days with no luck. It's the Friday before Christmas, and I can't receive my expedited Christmas gift or my auto-renewal, which means I might miss spending Christmas with my family due to this frustrating situation.

I arranged for a redelivery of my package at the start of December with an expected arrival on Monday, December 9th. However, it did not show up. After contacting USPS customer service and filing a claim, I awaited a response within 2-4 business days, but received no update. Following up with another call, I was informed the package would be delivered that day (either Tuesday or Wednesday), yet it did not arrive. I am still in the dark about the status and expected delivery of my package.

I recently made a purchase on eBay where the shipping process involves UPS and USPS. The estimated delivery date was December 18th, but my package is still in transit according to the tracking information. The seller assured me it would arrive by the 24th, and it's crucial that I receive it before Christmas. I sent a package last week with a signature requirement for delivery. The intended recipient was not available, and they mentioned scheduling a re-delivery for last Thursday, December 19. However, tracking the package only shows a failed delivery attempt from the previous Friday, with no mention of a re-delivery request from the recipient. I am open to removing the signature requirement if needed.

I typically have packages delivered to my workplace, and it's usually convenient. However, I ordered an item from a Chinese company back in early November, hoping to receive it before the holidays. The package has now arrived in the US, and a delivery attempt was made at my office today, December 21, [redacted], which is our first day off for the holiday season. I used to reside in Rapid City. Upon graduating and moving, I updated my forwarding address and arranged for my mail. Although I redirected a package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]47 to be held at a USPS in Orem, UT, it still went to Rapid City and is currently being held there. I reside in the UK and have a package coming from the US, it's a Christmas gift for my son. I've been monitoring the delivery, and it cleared UK customs yesterday. However, today I received the following tracking update: "Your item could not be delivered on December 24 at 09:33 am in the UK due to payment of charges. I posted a package over a month ago, and it has yet to reach its intended location. The tracking information has been updated multiple times, but only shows "arrived at facility" without specifying which facility. The tracking number for the package is LH[redacted]48US. Typically, packages sent to this destination take 7-10 days, but it has been over a month now, and it seems unlikely that it will arrive before Christmas. I am concerned and wondering about the current status of the package.
