My wife has received unsigned tax statements under penalty of perjury that we did not owe as residents of California. These statements were sent via USPS and electronically to the California Orange County Recorder. The California Board consisting of 3 members overseeing the FTB have not signed the requested documents regarding tax liability. None of the elected State Officers, supervisors, or managers have signed off on these documents either. I am seeking advice on whether this is fraudulent or not. Respectfully, Wendel Z. Thank you for submitting an inquiry regarding the mailing address. I've also informed USPS of an address change approximately 4-6 weeks ago. During a trip to Italy with my mother, we sent two packages from the Post office in Florence on October 2. One of the packages made it to the US in mid-October, but the other package has not arrived despite the tracking showing it reached the US and went through ISC NYC, NY, USPS on October 5. I am struggling to get help as I cannot reach a person, and the online service does not offer assistance for my specific problem. It only prompts for the tracking number and provides no further options. I have already tried contacting the original post office in Italy, but they directed me to reach out to the US postal service since the package is now in the US. This circular process is not yielding any solutions or guidance on how to locate my missing package.

I recently had an issue with a package I ordered on Amazon. It was marked as delivered to my mailbox at 12:36pm on Nov. 16th, but I couldn't find it. The post office told me it was left on my front porch due to possible rain, but I checked 1 1/2 hours after the delivery time and didn't see it. I filed a complaint online, received an email with case number [redacted], saying it was resolved when it wasn't. The email asked me to contact management at the Danielsville PO, which I had already done. Now I'm hesitant to order Christmas items in fear of them not being delivered. I've lost trust in the delivery process.

I requested my friend to send me crucial medication from Washington, D.C. to Siloam Springs, Arkansas, via Priority Mail Express 2-Day with an expected delivery time of 3PM today, November 25. Despite being marked as delivered at 2:39 PM, the package was not received at the specified time. Furthermore, I was unable to track the package as the USPS website stated that a label was printed but not registered in the system. After contacting the Siloam Springs Post Office, the medication arrived just before 4PM. Regrettably, due to the premature delivery status, I cannot seek a refund for the Priority Mail Express service. I plan to report this issue to the USPS OIG as I believe it may be a case of mail fraud.

I found a vacant slip in my mailbox and went to the Belleview, Florida post office to address this with the postmaster. Despite the mail carrier knowing the house is occupied, they left the slip. I requested all mail be delivered to that address and shared concerns about mistakes made by the carrier, including a package sent back to Ebay without refunding postal charges. The Belleview postmaster reacted defensively to my complaints, becoming angry and refusing to let me fill out the vacant slip.

I missed the delivery of my package on November 25, [redacted], and it was returned to the post office without leaving a physical notice. Instead, I received a text message. When I visited the post office the following day, I couldn't claim my package because the name on it didn't match mine, and my address recently changed, which didn't match my license. The postal worker mentioned a second notice would be delivered to my mailbox 5 days later. Upon contacting customer service on November 29, [redacted], I was advised to provide proof of residence like a utility bill, lease, or car insurance to receive my package. Despite following their advice and presenting the documents, I was still denied the package. I've requested re-delivery twice on November 27, [redacted], and November 30, [redacted], without success. I haven't received the white slip in my mailbox either. I've reached out to the company but have not received a response. My package seems to have been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address twice. Originally scheduled for delivery on November 12th, it was not received. After contacting the company, their information shows it was delivered to a different address on the 15th. However, I have yet to receive it. I have been unable to speak to anyone at the local post office, and I am unable to personally visit the office. I need assistance with this matter urgently. Thank you.

On November 30th, I checked my Informed Delivery account, and it showed what was supposed to be delivered to me in the mail. I waited all afternoon, but no mail arrived. My husband mentioned he saw the mail truck passing by quickly, which was unusual. I have always held our mailman in high regard and appreciated their work, but it seemed like someone else or perhaps a substitute might have been handling the mail that day. To my surprise, when I revisited the Informed Delivery service, it indicated that I had no mail scheduled. This experience has left me feeling disappointed, especially since I had relied on the website to show me what to expect in my mailbox. I was expecting an Amazon delivery today by 9 p.m. I ensured my porch light was on, but to my surprise, I found a delivery attempt notification at 7:46 p.m. claiming the front door/driveway was inaccessible in Corvallis, OR US. There was nothing blocking my driveway all day. I worry the driver might attempt the delivery at the wrong address again. I'm puzzled by this false message - what could have prompted it?

I am reaching out on behalf of Kris Turnbull Limited, a UK-based interior design business, about an undelivered international purchase. The tracking number is CH[redacted]08US. The latest tracking information shows that the package was shipped from Miami, Florida on October 2nd, '19, arrived in the UK on October 5th, cleared UK customs on October 16th, but has not yet been delivered. The most recent tracking information (from two weeks ago) indicates that it is being held at a UK facility. Could you please let us know if there is an issue with the package that we are unaware of or give us an update on the expected delivery date and the reason for the delay? Thank you in advance. I recently placed an order with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. I tracked the package and saw that a delivery attempt was made on November 20 at 6:10pm. The message mentioned I would be contacted with further instructions on how to receive the package, but I have not heard anything yet. When I tried to track the package again, it says there is no information available. The tracking number for the parcel is LZ[redacted]1OUS, and the shipment number is [redacted]67. The delivery address is 4 Church Ranches Close, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T3R1C1, and the recipient is Marcia Lyons.

I was at home all day expecting a delivery. Ten minutes before it was scheduled to arrive, it was marked as undeliverable due to an address issue. My address, including the apartment number, is accurate, and deliveries by UPS have never been a problem before. I was home at the time and no attempt was made to deliver the package. This is upsetting as I am flying out tomorrow and needed the package before my trip.

I relocated from [redacted] SE [redacted] St, Auburn, WA [redacted], in May [redacted]. I updated my address to [redacted] 22nd St E, Lake Tapps, WA [redacted]. In August [redacted], I unexpectedly moved to [redacted] 62nd St SE Unit A, Auburn, WA [redacted]. I updated my address each time, but I'm worried that my mail isn't being forwarded correctly since the new occupants at my previous addresses are still receiving my mail. Fortunately, they've informed me, and I managed to retrieve some important pieces. I even had a small package marked delivered to my old address ([redacted]), but it's missing. I need help resolving this forwarding issue promptly.

I have been monitoring my package since I placed the order yesterday. It was in Pennsylvania, which pleased me because the package is coming from overseas. Today, I checked the tracking, and it says it was delivered on someone's porch. I tried to contact USPS, but it was after hours. I attempted to open a case for it, but it said a case was already open. I hope someone made a mistake and will bring my two packages to my home. The tracking number for both orders is LW[redacted]75CN, with order numbers [redacted] and [redacted].

Yesterday, I did not receive my mail as expected. Even though I had mail and a package listed on the informed delivery notification, none arrived. When I checked the package delivery status, it mentioned that my mailbox was blocked, which is not the case. Despite having two cameras monitoring the area, no mail carrier attempted to deliver the items. It seems someone may not be truthful about their delivery efforts.

I made a purchase from Blick Art online, and the package was sent through FedEx with order number [redacted][redacted]. However, it was transferred to USPS for local delivery. The issue arose because my old address, [redacted] Salvador St. DeLand, FL [redacted], was mistakenly used instead of my current address, [redacted] Salvador St. USPS claimed the package was delivered to the old address, but the current occupants haven't received it. Despite multiple attempts, contacting the DeLand, FL branch has been difficult as they rarely answer and have been unhelpful and rude. There is no hold service or voicemail, making it frustrating to reach them. I am disappointed as the holiday gift for a family member is missing. I am seeking assistance to have the package located and delivered promptly to the correct address.

I am anticipating a delivery that was supposedly left at my door on November 30, [redacted], at 7:02 pm, but I have not received it yet. Despite waiting two more days before contacting customer service, I still have not received my package as of December 3, [redacted]. I have been trying to reach out by calling ([redacted])-[redacted], but I have not been successful in speaking to a live representative. Each time I call, I have been on hold for over 40 minutes without any success. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.
