We have a business located on the corner of two streets. Our mailing address is on the front street but our receiving warehouse is on the side street. UPS and FEDEX are able to deliver on the side street (shipping and receiving location) despite the mailing address being the front street. Please note that this isn't a large building so from front to side, it isn't far. That being said, it's a hazard for USPS to deliver the large packages in the front -- I believe thats why other carriers are eager to drop on the side. USPS is saying they have to drop where the mailbox is. The location is the same geographically, it's just a different door. What can we do so that USPS is delivering the same place the other carriers are? They are leaving huge boxes and packages in our customer area and in the walkway instead of in the receiving area located on the side of the building. Thanks!
