On September 9, [redacted], at 12:37 P.M., I used USPS Clip N Ship to create a label for a Priority Medium Flat Rate Box with Tracking # 9[redacted]-9[redacted]-[redacted]-70. I left a note for my Mail Carrier and dropped the box in the Outgoing Mail Slot of my building. On September 10, [redacted], at 10:00 A.M., I checked the tracking and saw it hadn't reached a Mail Facility. Despite calling the [redacted] number, I couldn't reach a human at my local Post Office. As a housebound resident of elderly housing, I rely on mail services. I'm unable to easily visit the Post Office due to my medical condition. I hope someone from USPS can contact me to help resolve this issue. My contact details are: Phone #: [redacted] (NO TEXTS), Email: [redacted], Address: Phil Lukas, [redacted] Manor Rd., Beverly, MA [redacted]. Thank you, Phil Lukas.

I recently received a text notification indicating that my package had been delivered a few days ago. However, upon checking the tracking information, I discovered that the package's last recorded location was at a parcel locker in Groveton, NH. The package has not been received by anyone in my household, despite someone typically being home every day. We have never encountered issues with missing deliveries before. The item in question is a cot sheet set valued at $52.96. I am unwilling to pay for a package I have not received and would appreciate a full refund for order number [redacted]71 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]51. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On September 6th, I received a package from Japan, but I wasn't home to accept it. I requested online for the post office to hold it for me. On the 10th, when I went to collect it, the clerk said it had been mistakenly sent back to Japan. I contacted customer service, and they assured me it was still in New York and would be sent back to me. They gave me reference number [redacted]8. Despite assurances, the package didn't arrive the next day. When I called again, my tracking number [redacted][redacted] wasn't found. After contacting customer service once more, another clerk claimed the package was back in Japan as per the system. It's been a week, and according to the Japan tracking number, it's still in the US. There's conflicting information from the post office and customer service. I'm unable to track my luggage, causing significant distress. Please provide clarity on the current location of my package, ensure its safe delivery, and reimbursement if necessary.

I placed an order on eBay on Saturday, 9/14, and a shipping label was created on Sunday, 9/15. After receiving an email confirmation on Monday, 9/16, I realized the shipping address was wrong. The seller was quick to create a new label for the package, and I got another email confirming the shipment for the same day. The estimated delivery is Friday, 9/20. I'm trying to track my package using the tracking number [redacted][redacted]93, but the system only shows the label was created on 9/15. I'm unsure if the system is not updating due to the address correction. I just want to verify that my package will be delivered today.

Package # CP[redacted]93PL is currently being shipped from Europe to Santa Ana, CA. The package arrived in California on 9/15/19 in San Francisco, then proceeded to the Los Angeles Distribution Center, and finally to the Santa Ana Distribution Center on 9/17/19. On 9/18/19, it was marked as "in transit" to the next facility. Surprisingly, the package was then sent to WASHINGTON, DC after being expected to go out for delivery in Santa Ana. I would appreciate some clarification on this unexpected route and an update on where my package will be heading to next. I am eagerly awaiting a response from a USPS representative.

I am concerned about a package scheduled for delivery on Friday (09/20/[redacted]) that is still showing as 'in transit' from Dallas after 4 days. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]70. Another package sent a day or two later from the same post office, Pleasant Prairie, WI, with tracking number [redacted][redacted]56, has already arrived at the destination. I want to know the current location of the first package and why it's delayed, despite weather conditions. Both packages are heading to the same address. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and expect a professional solution as I paid for this service. I also experienced difficulty reaching customer service by phone, as the menu did not respond to selected options. Your immediate attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Monica Farragher. I am inquiring about a package that did not reach me. The tracking number is LW[redacted]28CN. The tracking details indicate it was delivered on 8/21/[redacted] at 10:38 a.m. However, I only have a PO Box #4 in North Chatham, N.Y., [redacted], as I do not have home delivery service from USPS where I live. It seems the package might have been sent to the Valatie N.Y. Post Office, [redacted]. The post office carrier route 2132R001 delivery driver scanned the package as delivered, but the exact location remains unknown. The missing item is a hanging fire pit weighing 6 lbs valued at $[redacted]. Despite not receiving the package, my credit card company insists on payment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Monica Farragher.

I've been waiting for my package to arrive from the United States to Australia for so long that it finally got here after I had relocated to my new house. My old address was 37/15 Argyle Street, Redbank Plains, QLD [redacted], Australia. My new address is now 83 Sundance Way, Runaway Bay, QLD [redacted], Australia. Can the package be sent to my current address, or has it been sent back to the United States of America? Thank you, A. Rodwell

I am very worried about a package I sent twice via 1 to 2-day Priority Mail. The first one got lost for three days and was returned to me for an unspecified reason on September 20th. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]41. The USPS shows no information available regarding this package. It is an iPhone, and I am anxious that it may also be lost. The carrier is trying to hold me responsible for the entire phone. The package should have arrived by Tuesday at the latest. I am unsure about the next steps. Please investigate this promptly as the carrier is insisting that I pay for the whole phone.

An international package was sent by J. Salinas from [redacted] Stowe Springs Ln, Arlington, TX [redacted], on September 5, [redacted]. The tracking number is LA[redacted]18US via USPS. The package was sent to Balochistan Boy Scouts Association Headquarters, Opposite to PTV Station, Hali Road, Quetta, [redacted], Balochistan, Pakistan. USPS tracking shows the package is "In Transit." However, Pakistani customs mentioned the items were sent back by customs in the origin country. I need to verify the current status. If still in transit, I'm concerned about the delivery time. If not, I may need to file a complaint as I've received other later packages via USPS already. Can you confirm the package's whereabouts? Has it arrived in Pakistan, or has it been returned to the sender?

I made a mistake with the address for my watch order from Kohl's. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it's being returned to the sender because of the incorrect address. I'm concerned about missing out on this item since it's the last one in stock. Is there a way to track where the USPS is sending it so I can pick it up before it goes back to the sender? Additionally, is it possible to update the address and have it resent to the correct one? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This month, we discovered that two payments we placed in our mailbox for pickup by the U.S. Mail did not reach their intended recipients. We suspect that someone might be taking outgoing mail containing checks. In response, we will now deliver our payments directly to the Post Office to prevent any further issues. After reporting the incidents to the Franklin County Sheriff's office, they responded promptly and took our statement. An investigation is currently underway, and they have made an arrest in connection with the situation. We are unsure if this arrest will completely resolve the problem. Sincerely, Roger S. I recently had three items ordered by mail, which were unfortunately delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect ZIP code, despite having the right address listed. This ongoing issue has resulted in the loss of approximately $[redacted] worth of merchandise over the past two years. Despite multiple complaints to my local post office, I have yet to receive a resolution. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and wish for this matter to be escalated promptly to resolve the situation. I am considering seeking legal advice if this matter is not addressed promptly. I expect my mail to be delivered correctly and on time as a customer of the United States Postal Service. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue regarding mail delivery.

I called to inquire about a letter that I have not received even though the tracking information indicated it was delivered yesterday. The postal worker asked for time to check if the letter was available, so I agreed to come by. Upon my arrival, I found the office locked. When I called again, the worker informed me that the letter was not there. I explained that the delivery was express, and I should have received it by now. The worker became rude, hung up on me, and refused to open the door or answer my calls. There are three of us waiting outside, and her behavior is unwarranted.

After my mother passed away in an FL nursing home on August 1, [redacted], I submitted a change of address to have mail forwarded to my home. Recently, I received a letter stating the request was denied since the nursing home is considered a business. The nursing home explained they cannot process address changes and return large amounts of mail to the post office. How can I successfully update this address?

I'm having issues with the Estacada post office. My tenant at [redacted] Broadway needs packages but the postmaster is causing problems. They charged me $40 because they were unaware the house moved 2 years ago. Now, they are unsure about getting me a key for the mailbox across the street. Despite telling my tenant they would hold packages for 10 days, they sent them back after just 3 days, leading to their frustration. Does anyone else find the customer service at Estacada to be subpar in the area?

I am currently awaiting an urgent shipment (Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]56) that was supposed to be delivered today. Unfortunately, when checking the tracking details, it shows an 'insufficient address' issue, and the parcel is now being returned to the sender. This is the second time in 2 weeks that this has occurred, even though my address is correctly labeled on the package. Previously, the sender reshipped the package with the same address, and it was successfully delivered. I am frustrated with the inconsistencies in the local USPS service and request that the package be held at the main office today and reattempted for delivery tomorrow.

I bought a 2-day USPS package delivery from Waconia, MN to Mankato, MN with tracking number 9[redacted] 9[redacted] [redacted] 57 on October 1, [redacted]. Despite the short distance, the package hasn't arrived yet. The tracking shows it was in Elk Grove Village, IL on October 7, [redacted], and now it's in transit to the next facility. I'm concerned about the delay and the detour to Illinois instead of the short journey within MN. Any insights into why this happened would be appreciated.

I recently received an empty envelope that was torn, enclosed in a plastic bag with an apology for the damage. The missing contents were a magazine along with a steel cutting tool, suggesting theft. Unfortunately, this has occurred multiple times during deliveries from England to Vacaville. Incidents with FedEx and UPS packages have also taken place. I am frustrated and concerned about these thefts. I hope for more than a printed apology on the plastic bag. Tampering with mail is a serious offense, and the valuable items I order should not go missing. This situation requires investigation to prevent further losses and protect mail integrity.

Recently, I received an empty envelope in a plastic bag with an apology for mail damage, which is incorrect as the contents were stolen! This is not the first time this has occurred between England and Vacaville CA through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. I am extremely frustrated by these thefts. Stealing mail is a felony, so I urge for an investigation to find the culprits and a lasting solution. My suppliers can't keep replacing stolen items indefinitely, and I cannot find these materials locally. I cannot afford to purchase them twice and risk having both stolen.
