There have been incidents of packages being stolen either at the sender's post office or at our own post office. I have filed a case with the post office, but I encountered issues with generating the case in my first two calls. It took a third follow-up a week later to get some progress. However, I am now past the projected response time, received no response from the Postal Service, and found no clear option on their automated customer service line for addressing stolen-mail or case follow-up matters. The theft occurred a month ago when I handed the package to a clerk at the Planetarium Station on West 83rd Street, NY, NY. When trying to contact the station, no one answers the phone except one man who seems to be the only person allowed to respond. Unfortunately, he often speaks unclearly or pretends to not understand properly, especially if asked about the postmaster's name or working hours. The man then transfers calls to a national [redacted] number where I was left on hold for nearly an hour before giving up.

I was at home all day on August 5th waiting for a package to arrive. Despite unlocking my gate early in the morning to ensure the carrier could access my front porch easily, I received an alert stating that delivery was attempted at 6:40pm due to no access to my location. This information is incorrect as my gate was unlocked the entire time. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time such an issue has occurred. Typically, packages are delivered in my area by 4:00pm, but my package, which left the Post Office in the morning, was not delivered. Furthermore, in the past, when my gate was locked, packages have been carelessly thrown into my garden. I hope this situation can be addressed with the carrier to ensure accurate delivery and handling of packages in the future.

I have been trying for over a month to figure out the status of my package. It was delivered to the wrong address, and despite contacting the Chicago Post Office, the issue remains unresolved. The USPS representative who assisted me with the claim did so inaccurately, leading to further complications. The request for insurance money is dragging on, and the communication with the postal service has been frustrating. I received a letter requesting pictures of the damaged package, but the process seems unclear. Despite multiple calls and emails, I have not received any assistance or follow-ups. The lack of response is disappointing, and I just want a resolution to either retrieve my package or receive compensation. The claim number is [redacted] claim ID: [redacted], tracking number: 95[redacted] 2[redacted] [redacted].

Hello, My name is Alexis, and I have not been receiving my mail since the beginning of May. I live at a different address from my mom, who did a family change of address to a third address, and somehow, my mail got listed under that address. Despite multiple calls and opening a case, my mail issue remains unresolved. My assigned case worker has not replied to me since last Friday, and today is Wednesday. Due to not receiving my mail, I have lost my job and even had to resort to opening a credit card for expenses, which I also have not received. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am extremely upset about it. I feel that I deserve some form of compensation for the trouble this has caused me. I am considering consulting with my lawyer because this situation seems unjust. I urge you to take action as it has been three months of inefficiency and frustration dealing with this matter.

Hello USPS, I am in urgent need of assistance regarding sending money to a friend in Italy from the USA. I am looking for an alternative to expensive wire transfers that can take up to 7 days. I have come across the POSTEPAY system, which appears to be free, requires no bank account, and can be done quickly at a post office with identification and recipient information. I have searched online but could not find detailed information. Can you please provide guidance on this matter? Thank you.

My mail is not being forwarded promptly to my summer address. My husband receives crucial medication from Veterans Affairs monthly at our permanent address: [redacted] S. Lake Drive, Boynton Beach, FL [redacted]. I completed a forward mail card to have mail redirected to our summer address: [redacted] E. 3rd Street, Salida, CO [redacted]. The medication was sent by Veterans Affairs on July 18 to Boynton Beach, FL, and from there to Salida, CO [redacted] on July 23 but it has not been delivered yet. This medication is expensive and vital. I need immediate assistance. Thank you, Violet L. Folsom.

For over a year, I have been observing a recurring issue with my packages once they reach Fort Worth, TX. They often experience delays for several days, even on weekdays, without any apparent reason. Furthermore, sometimes they are misdirected to different towns or states altogether. Despite my local Post Office's effort to assist, it is evident that there is a consistent problem in this area. Thank you, Kathy G. Archer City, TX

I was at home on the day the carrier claimed there was no access for delivery according to the tracking information. This is incorrect because various carriers, including United States Postal Service, have successfully delivered packages to my location for the past five years with no issues. I haven't received any redelivery attempts, notices of missed deliveries, or updates on the pending packages. It seems like there might be a carrier who isn't fulfilling their responsibilities properly. After reviewing security footage, it's clear that the carrier didn't even try to access the designated delivery location, despite it being at ground level, and the only spot where packages are usually delivered.

Lately, we've been receiving numerous packages from various companies all addressed to individuals unrelated to Arms of Hope. Despite having access to the tracking numbers, we are unable to identify who is actually sending these packages to us as there are no packing slips included. We worry that if these packages are not meant as donations for us, we could be held responsible for them. We attempted to return three packages, but they were sent back to us since they had already been opened. The USPS informed us that we would need to add postage to return them. This influx of about two packages daily over the past two weeks has left us puzzled and concerned.

Our identity was stolen in July, and we've taken all necessary steps to protect our credit. In order to prevent anyone from filing a change of address form with the US Postal Service, we've been advised to put a hold/alert on our mail. The identity thieves altered our address in the credit bureau records to a Chicago address to validate their fraudulent activities. We are deeply concerned about the safety of our mail delivery and want to ensure that it is not redirected elsewhere. Living here for almost 30 years, we have no intention of moving. Please, can you provide guidance on how we can secure our mail from any unauthorized redirection attempts?

Hello, I need to address a recent delivery issue. On Tuesday, August 20th, a new postman delivered a package to my seventh-floor apartment. Unfortunately, instead of ringing the doorbell or notifying me, he simply left the package at my door. It wasn't until my thoughtful neighbor alerted me that I even knew the package had arrived. As a senior citizen, it's crucial that I receive my packages securely. If this type of delivery continues and my packages get stolen, I will have to take action to protect my rights. I urge you to speak with the postman who delivers to 10 7th Street to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had arranged for a package pickup, specifying that the package would be on the chair on my front porch. I was given a Confirmation Number: MOC[redacted]20, and got a message confirming the pickup request was approved. However, upon returning home, I discovered that my package was still on the chair. It seems like a different package was picked up instead of the one left out for collection. This mix-up has caused me to miss the refund deadline for a Stitch Fix return worth over $[redacted]. Additionally, the express shipping package I was expecting has not arrived. I’m not sure how to address this issue, considering I've used USPS services successfully before. I can be contacted at 1-[redacted] or through email at [redacted] Please leave a message or include Caller ID information to ensure I respond accordingly.

However, the tracking information shows it is now in Granada, MS. I am seeking assistance to trace the package and understand the issue on the postal service side. I kindly request prompt action, including delivery. Thank you, Mrs. G.

I sent a package from Colorado to the UK in May. However, in July, it returned to NY and then back to the original post office. Despite my move across town within Colorado, my package has been sitting at the Golden post office for over a month. I've attempted to contact them multiple times a day, but the phone line is always busy. This situation is causing frustration as the item inside the package was meant to be sold and now I have to issue a refund due to the delivery issues. I hope the Golden Post Office can improve their phone answering system to provide essential information regarding my package.

I reside at Bella Madera Apartments located at [redacted] Olmos Creek Drive, San Antonio, Texas [redacted]. When I order packages for delivery, the mail carrier does not place the corresponding key to the mailbox with the packages left at the mailbox center. Instead, all packages are consistently left with the front office administration. This includes USPS and UPS deliveries. It is not the responsibility of the front office to handle these packages, especially considering their limited hours and closure on weekends. I have already informed the front office to stop accepting these packages and have requested the mail carrier to deliver them properly. In the past, packages have been delivered without notice left at the front office. I urge for all packages to be placed in the designated boxes with the corresponding keys in the private mailboxes, specifically mine which is #[redacted]. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will visit [redacted] Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX, to lodge a formal complaint in person and in writing to the superior manager of this post office address.

An envelope was sent from LANGLEY, England on July 14 and arrived at ISC LOS ANGELES on July 16. The ISC facility has been holding the package for 53 days. As of September 3, the USPS tracking system was updated for the package. It currently indicates that the package originated in MELBOURNE, AUS (incorrectly) and tracking is unavailable. The tracking number, RN[redacted]64GB, now indicates that it came from Australia in the USPS system. However, the Royal Mail system still displays the original shipping details, including receipt by ISC.

My package has been in customs for a week now. It was sent through priority express on August 23rd, and it was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. However, it only reached the United States on September 3rd and has been stuck in customs since September 4th. I have tried checking online but couldn't find any information. I am eager to understand what is causing the delay. The tracking number is Ee[redacted]32id.

I never received my Driver's License Renewal that should have been sent to my address. It was returned to the Department of Safety, even though I receive mail notifications daily and there were no delivery attempts. I have lived at the same address for 11 years, so there is no explanation for this error. I have confirmed with the Department of Safety that the delivery address on file was correct. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter.

I recently shipped a package to Australia from the Belcher location, but upon checking the tracking details, it shows International Poland instead of Australia even though it was labeled correctly. I am concerned if the package will be routed to Poland first or if there was an error by the agent. The tracking number is LH[redacted]00US. I'm unsure if I should return to the postal office. Unfortunately, I'm anxious as the automated system doesn't offer me the choice to speak with a live representative.
